Death Mark

The Quidditch game ended with the Irish team winning. Bulgaria had a score of 160, with Krum ending the game by catching the snitch. However, Ireland was still far superior and won with 170 points. Both the seekers looked terrible at the end of the game, during the game the Veela, Bulgaria's mascot, and the Leprechauns, Ireland's mascots, did get into a fight. Now, Draco was walking you over to where the Sliverwater's tent was set up, as the tent came into view both of you stopped walking. "You didn't have to walk over here Draco." You crossed your arms with a smile present on your face. "And let you get lost, {Y/N}?" You took offence to his comment, causing you to start to turn away.

The minute you turned Draco grabbed onto your hand before pulling you into a hug. Immediately you hugged back before freezing as you felt the male kiss your cheek, with a quick goodbye Draco walked back to where his parents were. "{Y/N}!" Trying to calm down your bearing you heart you sent a sideways glance towards Jasmine, she was waving to you from the front of the tent. Taking a deep breath you made your way towards the tent. "Jeez, We were starting to worry. After all the crowd is still pretty crazy." Without even looking around you could tell that the twins parents weren't in the magic tent. "Jasmine, where are your parents?" You saw Lilly standing over near the window, her eyes seemed to be scanning around. "What's going on?" Jasmine, with an annoyed sigh, looked towards Lilly before looking back at you. After a couple minutes you could tell something was happening, the singing and loud laughing seemed to have stopped completely.

"Come on. {Y/N}, Jasmine, we have to go now." Lilly moved from where she was standing, heading over to the door of the tent. Sending a weird look towards your two friends you listened to the sounds around the tent, the joyful music and laughter was now replaced with screams and the sound of people running. "Death Eater stuff." Jasmine mumbled as she grabbed your wrist and left the tent with you, she followed closely after Lilly who was heading into the woods. You looked towards the marching group of dark hooded people before you looked above them, there were four figures floating in the sky. Jasmine slowly let your arm slip from her grip as she looked at the figures, two of the figures seemed really small they seemed to be children while the other two could be their parents.

You watched the woman get flipped upside-down exposing her voluminous drawers, shaking your head in disgust you glanced towards the two little children. The smallest one was spinning rapidly, with his head flopping side to side limply. "{Y/N}, Jasmine, they are muggles. Listen Harley is here too, if we get into the woods and find her she should be safe." Jasmine shuttered before running after her twin, you took a deep breath before turning and heading to the woods. This proved extremely difficult as everyone was shoving and desperately trying to get away from the hooded group. You stumbled to the ground due to a witch behind you, the witch seemed to purposely trip you. Quickly you crawled in between two broken tents, your plan was to wait for the stampede of frighten witches and wizards to pass through before running through to the woods. "Morsmordre!" You heard a male voice cast a spell before a colossal skull shimmering like emerald green stars appeared in the sky, as you watched it you could see a serpent protruding out of the skull's mouth.

Gripping your wand you got to your feet and ran towards the woods. The symbol in the sky looked like the tattoo on a Death Eater's inner left arm. From what Lilly and Jasmine's parents told you there was a spell the Death Eater's used to create that mark, they used that mark after they had killed. Getting into the woods you could hear frightened cries, witches and wizards were crowded around believing they were safer in a large group. Suddenly someone jumped onto you knocking you onto the ground, before you got too panicked you saw dark red hair. "God, {Y/N}. I mean, I don't think Death Eater's would touch you... But I was worried about you." Slowly you returned your friends embrace, after a while Lilly pulled her twin off you. "I think seeing the Dark Mark scared the Death Eater's. Let's go back to the tent." You and your two friends waited until all the witches and wizards left.
