Sorry.

The sounds of galloping and mud could be heard throughout the forest. The stallion still remained strong through its trek, occasionally neighing in pride as it galloped away. Naruto held onto its reigns fiercely, his eyes dead on straight, his thighs flexing ever so slowly with every gallop. Time seemed convoluted for the blond man. Riding in the darkness without a clue. Until the peak of dawn over the horizon.

Behind him were arms wrapped around his midsection as a certain lavender haired beauty rested. Despite the rough ride, she managed not to wake for the exhaustion was too great. Naruto too was exhausted. The bags under his eyes indicated so. He couldn't remember the last time he had honest sleep. It must've been days without counting his unconscious event. Even so, the urge to retrieve his little girl was all too great. He would rid of them all to get to her.

Then the view he longed for came, the view of the familiar mountains of the Hidden Cloud were visible through the cracks of the forest. Remembering well where the note said the place would be, Naruto began pulling the reigns to signal the horse towards the correct direction. It neighed in annoyance with the sudden change of course but nevertheless obeyed.

With the sudden drop of temperature, Hinata began slowly waking up from her six hour slumber and instinctively tightened her hold around Naruto giving him the heads up that she was now awake.

Naruto turned the side of his face with a tired-like smile and greeted her, “How are ya feeling?

Hinata blinked her pale lavender orbs several times to adjust to the light but before she could respond back. Their faces looked into eachothers shocked ones, before she could even register what happened. Everything went black for the moment.

Naruto however was awake through the whole thing. His horse suddenly collapse with a loud cry as he too felt a damp warmth building up in his chest. The horse tumbled around launching both of its riders down a steep hill. The arrow head diving deeper into Naruto's chest and ultimately dropping with the horse landing right on top of him.

Hinata attempted to stand with whatever strength she had left, she groaned a cry as she witnessed the horse crush Naruto with its entire body. Her heart ached like never before and tears began to pool as she crawled slowly towards Naruto. Her voice was hoarse and her body ached immensely.

Suddenly, the sounds of several footsteps made themselves known around the two. The fallen autumn leaves cracked under their boots as they got closer and closer to the site.

“Look what we have here,” said a rough voice whistling in surprise by the spectacle, “I think you killed him, Jin!”

Hinata head snapped to the voices surrounding her, How?!, she exclaimed in her head as she witnessed the multiplication of men appearing all around them. Hinata once again attempted to stand with all her might, but her aching legs wouldn't allow her, she then quickly crawled to where Naruto's crushed body was.

“Hooh! Missy still has some fight!” shouted one of the men with excitement as he rushed to the Hyuga's side to simply roll her on her back with a rough kick.

“Gah!” Hinata jolted on her back when the kick connected with her side, she seethed her teeth in pain and looked into the man's eyes with eyes of pure intent. Eyes that rivaled Hiashi.

“Don't you fucking look at me like that!” the man then stomped the side of her face roughly and he made sure he would leave his stamp on her delicate face. Hinata only growled and cried out in pain as the man roughly carved his foot on the side of her cheek.

“Stupid bitch!” he spat receiving a round of laughter from the men surrounding them. The howls of laughs just sunk Hinata deeper into this dark abyss. He hand was still stretched out forth towards the laying body of her blond savior. Hoping for a small miracle to happen. Suddenly, she was kicked once again on her side roughly as multiple men began to circle the Hyuga.
