Chapter 12: Internships Part 2

Y/n's POV: 

   Its been a bit since I've arrived at the island with Nori, sadly I haven't talked to any of my friends since the day we left. He has trained me to the point that running over 5 laps around the island barely breaks a sweat for me, and we've only been here for 3 days. Nori has taught me how to go beyond 55%. I cna now go to 65% before I start breaking. 

   I just finished training for day 3 and was sweating and bruised.  Nori desided to start throwing large objects at me while I was at 65%, let me say that was difficult but he had a good laugh though.

   I walked into Nori's house that he got on the island, I then collapsed on the couch trying to sneak in some relaxing time. I sneakily turned on the t.v. and turned on the news, just trying to see what was happening in the world. The first thing that came on the t.v. was Hero Killer Caught in Hosu City by Number 2 Hero, Endeavor! I heard a bit about the Hero Killer and I knew that Iida's older brother was taken down by him, but I was happy that someone took him down.

   "Hey what do you think your doing!" I hear a sassy voice yell, I knew it was Nori.

   "Look the Hero killer has been caught!" I say still looking at the t.v., Nori just plops down beside me.

   "You know I don't want you watching t.v., it could cause distractions." He says looking at me with his piercing golden eyes, he then sighs. "But I'll let this one time slide since this is important." I smiled at this. 

   " Endeavor came to the scene after three students from U.A. ushered him over pointing to the Hero killer, he then took down the Hero killer, saving a hero and three teenagers!" The news broadcaster said in a cheery voice. Wait, U.A students? 

   "The three students, Iida Tenya, Izuku Midoriya, and Shouto Todoroki the son of Endeavor, give their thanks." The lady said. I stood up shocked. What the hell, they could have been killed!

   "Whats wrong Y/n?" Nori asked confused, I just sat down again, distressed.

   "Those three are good friends of mine and they could have been killed!" I said almost sad. "They could have died and I wouldn't have known until I came back, I would have been training with you all happy while their corpses could have been buried in the ground, everyone crying, while I would have been laughing" I say now almost tearing up. Nori just stands up and sighs, and then looks down at me.

   "I knew I should have not let you watch t.v., now you'll be distracted." He sighed.

   "No Nori! If I didn't know this I would have been naive, and I could have gone back all happy without knowing if something really important happened! This is stupid I should have the right to know what happens to my friends!" I shouted, bursting with anger, before I could let him talk, I ran out of the house, it almost felt as if steam was coming out of my ears. I then heard the door open. 

   "Y/n, I'm sorry that I'm having you disconnect from everything, but I have to! I can't have you be distracted because of whats happening with the world! Y/n we have no time for this! Whats happening out there is little compared to what you can do! That's why I need to train you or else if you are not trained enough he will come and kill you." Nori angrily said, I stopped shaking with anger when he said those last 6 words. 

   "I-I'm just confused and scared Nori, I don't want to lose anyone, I don't even know who this man is! I keep on having weird memories and dreams of people I don't know! I usually tell Shouto but I can't if I can't talk to anyone outside of here!" I shout, tears streaming down my face.

Nori's POV:

   This is the first time I've heard her open up to me, we usually only talk about our quirks, food, and jokes but that's it. I really have always wanted to talk to her about this stuff before, to learn if she remembers me in the slightest, before all of this happened.
