Chapter 16: Showdown

Nori's POV:

   I finally made it to the lodge Y/n was staying at, hopefully she's alright. I was so rushed I didn't notice the ruble under me which caused me to trip a little bit. As I regained my balance I slowly walked towards the door, it sounded really quiet, odd. I slowly creaked the door open and right before I opened it completely I saw a dude prepared to attack me.

   "Don't!" I said. "I'm not a villain, I'm a pro hero!" I slowly started pulling out my certificate but Eraser Head didn't care.

   "How can we believe that's yours? There is a villain who was able to copy peoples quirks and bodies." Eraser head said. I looked behind him and saw the students all huddled up. I recognized a few, one of the was Endeavor's son, another was apart of the Tenya family. No Y/n, no Bakugo, shit shit shit!

   "Look I don't have time for this! Where is Y/n! Why don't I see her here? Tell me!" I said, I took off my hood in rage. I glared at the teacher, he needs to understand! Is there any way that I can convince them?

   "I-i'm the only fa- I mean person she has left that she can fully trust, now tell me where she is! Also where is this Bakugo kid? He is another on their list!"I yelled, man I need to try to calm down, being all riled up won't help anyone. I take a deep breath in and out, calm down.

   "Tell me your name, hero name, and background." Eraser head said.

   "My hero name is Twilight." I say, should I tell them my real name? I guess. "Now only you guys can learn my name, please don't tell the press, I don't want them researching me and stuff. My name is Nori, no I don't tell anyone my last name, and I can't say anything about my background except that my parents are pro heroes." Eraser head nods.

   "Alright, but can you please tell us how you know about my students? Only teachers know about the students in depth, your not one." He says skeptically.

   "I can understand, well first of all Y/n interned for me. I was the one who kept her for 10 days straight without letting her talk to anyone outside of the place we stayed at." I sighed, I never like discussing about myself. Okay Nori, time to be serious, I promised them to keep her safe at all times. "You should all know how I am the hero in the shadows, which is true. I don't have a hero costume and its rare to see me out in the daylight doing hero work. I do spying for big companies, only the good ones though, and I do my own work. So of course I know about this class, I know a lot."

   "Ok, I would like to hear your quirk." He said, but more like ordered. I nodded and smirked. I held out my hand and decided to have fun. I drained the room of all light and placed it all in my hand. I then made it so that the light would act like shadows and the shadows act like light to mess them all up.

   "My quirk is darkness-light manipulation, it can be vary dangerous." I said monotonously. I then reverted it all back to normal.

   "Ok good, that can help us. Now then I can answer your questions-" Eraser head was then cut off by Endeavor's son.

   "Actually may I tell him?" He asked, Eraser head looked at him and sighed, then nodded. Todoroki then lead me to an empty room so we could talk alone.

   "My name is Shouto Todoroki, I'm guessing you already know that though." He started, I nodded. "Listen, its hard for me to say this, but Y/n has been captured along with Bakugo. I'm her best friend yet I couldn't save her. I know she's strong but after she saved us all from a meteor , she passed out bleeding. The leader found her and took her and Bakugo, now we need to find out where their base is. I heard him talking about working with Tomura though so we can use that." He said. I felt empty, she has been captured, its a perfect opportunity for him to strike. Dammit think Nori! Make yourself useful just once in your life please!
