Y/n's POV
All I saw was red. His eyes gleamed back at mine as I soared through the air, punching him directly in the stomach. He tried to reach out for me with his threatening strength, but with the wind around me I diverted his attack.
The man cursed under his breath as I manage to blow him away with a gust of fiery hot wind. My leg then kicked the ground, shooting a boulder up from below him. He coughed out in pain as I glared at him. We stood still for a second, my parent behind me-- silent.
Nori couldn't move. His face was full of pain and anger. I hated seeing him like this. My teeth tugged against my lip as I stared ahead at the man in white hair and red eyes.
"What's your name." I spat.
"Kurama." He responded in a calm tone, yet his eyes still gleamed.
"Y/n! Don't talk to him! Just debilitate him for now!" Nori pleaded.
"You don't remember me, but I shouldn't be surprised. It was my doing." He smirked, walking towards me as though it was a new day.
Didn't I hurt him?
"What do you mean?" My voice grew dimmer as he looked down at me.
"Y/n! Please trust me!" Nori cried. My head shot over to his as tears well up in his eyes. "Don't let him." He then mouthed. My teeth gritted against each other as I nodded as my mentor. No matter what, I would listen to him.
As fast as lightening, I shot forward, and with the impact of a hurricane I punched him again. He flew in the opposite direction, blood pouring out of his mouth. Using a new move I taught myself, I used the wind to push him back like a yo yo. My fingers wrapped themselves around his neck, and in that next second I pinned him to the ground, breaking the earth below.
"Nori might not have the quirk to beat you, but I do." I muttered at him. His eyes were clamped shut as he dug his long, sharp nails into the palm of his hand.
I remember him though, slightly. He was the man from all of those terrible occurrences. He was the one who sent the villains after me, the one who sent the League of Villains after me. The one who Shouto and I have been worried about.
Shouto, I hope he never sees what I'm going to do to this man.
All of the sudden, one of his hands wrapped around my wrist around his neck. I tried to snap it back, but it was too late. With his bony fingers, he snapped the bone right in two. I yelped, but wouldn't scream. No way was I going to let him have that.
Holding my wrist, he threw me across the field. I felt the winds pick up around me, and it wasn't just me. A storm was coming.
I coughed out in pain as I hit the ground-- my hair dragging along the dirt.
"Y/n!" Nori called out, trying to get up.
"It's fine." I yelled back, stumbling my way up again. He walked over to me again, his smirk was gone now. I avoided his attacks as he tried to grab me. I knew with one grasp, he would easily snap me in two.
Each twitch of his muscle I would know when to move, where to move, how the wind was going to guide me along. My arms moved to block certain attacks-- everything seemed like it was going in slow motion as we danced across the field, yet every move was for the kill.
I bit my lip again as I set the wind under me, kicking myself into the air. With one flip, I kicked his arm that reached out for me, snapping it in two. He grunted in pain as I flew back a couple of feet.
