Chapter 18: Moving In

Y/n's POV:

The wind was howling, morning air as cold as ever, birds slowly waking up after a nights rest. Yes, it was the first day at school after the long, quite dreadful, summer. I slowly got out of bed and brewed up some nice (drink of choice). I crept down the hallway slowly as ever so I don't wake up All might, after getting all of the parents perrmission for their children living at U.A, he has been extra tired and grouchy. I know he will probably wake up and rush to the school even though he doesn't really need to arrive like he used to. He is now just the mentor for the students, definatly Izuku.

The clock read 6:30, I got dressed into my school uniform, put on a little bit of make up so I don't look as dead, read some manga, made my lunch, and headed out. The street was quiet, the summer air slowly dying as the fall wind started to wake up once again. Summer wasn't too great, I almost died, but whatever. I haven't seen Shouto since he visited that one day after I passed out in Nori's arms. So this will be like our reunion, along with the others too! I've talked with Izuku though, he got worried about All might so he surprinsinly called me, I would have never expected Izuku to call first. The cinnamon roll is finally growing up!

As I finally walked up to the front of the school I saw a certain red head walking to the front too! I silently ran up behind him using the ninja moves Nori taught me, I raised my arms, it was so quiet that you could hear the mouse in the bush a couple feet away. I violently smash my arms on his shoulder which caused his arms to harden.

"Who the heck, Oh hey Y/n!" He chirped, I smiled and stood up strait and laughed with him.

"Hey Eijiro whats up?" I ask, he starts to walk next to me and smiles even more.

"Nothing really, I enjoyed the part of the summer that didn't include the fighting and seeing people getting killed and kidnapped. I really didn't like seeing you getting kidnapped and then being confronted by the villain boss. I was worried Y/n make sure to sta more safe." He lectured. I nodded, how sweet, though I know I can take care of myself just fine. I know that Shouto would have tried to be caring at first but then would have just ask for me to train more so I could be stronger, thats just how he is, a tsundere. Wait, stop it Y/n, stop thinking about him, your with Eijiro right now so focus on him.

"What do you think the new place we'll be staying at will look like?" I asked.

"Large, expensive, huge." He laughed, I joined him. We finally made it to the classroom where we all would meet up so we could walk to the dorms together. I searched the faces and found the one I was looking for. Shouto todoroki. He was in the back by himself, being a loner like usual. I quickly ran over after saying goodbye to Eijiro, I tapped his shoulder, his two colored slowly drifted towards my e/c eyes.

"Hey stranger." I greeted, he smirked.

"Hey Y/n, how are you, its been awhile." He greeted back.

"I'm doing better, a bit bored though, also All might has been a bit stressed too, but I guess I'm okay." I replied, he nodded.

"Okay everyone, its time to head over to the new dorms!" Iida announced. We all shuffled out of the classroom, still talking. Shouto and I were silent however, and it wasn't really a peaceful silence, it felt like we both had so much to talk about in such a small amount of time. Yet we both could not speak making it awkward.

"He-" We both spoke at the same time, now we've made it just more awkward.

"What is it?" I ask, he just shakes his head.

"Nothing, what about you?" He asks, I smile.

"I haven't heard about your summer yet. What happened?" I said, he just shook his head again.
