Y/n's point of view.

"Josh skip with me please?" Okay I dint usually skip but today has been shifty Nandi need a break.

Me and Ryan got into a small fight
My teacher called me out in front of the whole fucking class.
And don't forget your average mean girls.

"Why are we skipping?" Josh asked as we're waking to out next class we're not going to.

"Bad day I guess" I shrugged.

"Okay I'm in, follow me" josh said grabbing my hand and sprinting through the hall.

I don't have much of a choice do I? I keep my grip tight and his hand so if I fall or run into someone he doesn't leave me. The bell rings and we're halfway through the hallway. Josh picks ou his pace with no problem while I'm here almost tripping on my own feet.

We make it out the back exit of the school, josh starts walking and let's go of my hand. "Okay so there this tree I see from history class and I've always wanted to see it so I guess we're going there" josh says while we walk side by side.

"Okay" I tell him. Josh is my best friend and just this right here is making me feel better.

We make it to the tree and josh sits down his back against it, he pats the grass next to him. I go and sit down next to him and place my head on his shoulder, something I often do.

"Okay spill what's going on?" Josh asks after a moment of silence.

I fill him in on everything and some things I didn't mean to tell him but I'd did anyway.

Josh sighs once I finish. He turns to face me holding both my hands. "Look y/n I know we've only been friends for a little bit but I do care about you and you shouldn't think of yourself negatively your so great and amazing, I don't want you being sad- so make a promise to me right now. Whenever your sad you call me no matter what time of day, you'll always call me- this deal is life time." Josh said, he held up his pinkie.

I laughed at him. "Dork, fine let's make this deal." I respond locking my pinkie with his. He smiles so do i.

"Hey! You two your supposed to be in class!" Damn I forgot the security guard.

There was a huge fight a few days ago so the school got a few guards to keep us in line. I swear under my breath as the guard starts running towards us. Josh gets up pulling me up with him. He grabs my hand again and we bolt.

The guard chases us for at least 5 minutes before we lost him. We stopped running and ended up walking to a park. A lot happened at that park, we laughed, a few tears were shed. But most memorably we kissed, me and josh kissed. We didn't talk about it because we high agreed it was a spur of the moment type thing. I wont forget my first kiss.
