"Do you wanna talk about it." Jack asked me.
"Talk about what?" I asked him.
"About last night." Jack said.
"I'm fine." I told him.
"You sure?" Jack asked.
"I'm sure." I told him.
The rest of the ride we didn't talk. We kept to our selves and didn't look at each other.
When we arrived I got out first. I didn't care if any of zombies got me cause deep down I knew my family was dead.
We went inside and got the food some lighters, and drinks. I knew that we should get some more clothes so we did. We grabbed all we needed and left.
On our way back to the car Jack stopped. He stood there until I stopped.
"Amber, spill it."
"What are you talking about?"
"Last night.''
"I just had a bad dream that's its."
"No, not that."
"Then what?"
"When you came to my room."
"I couldn't sleep."
"Your lieing."
"I didn't want to be alone, I feel safe around you."
Jack had a big smile form on his face. He looked so happy. It was adorable seeing him smile like that.
We got in the car and started driving. We drove for only five minutes when Jack started talking to me again.
"So I make you feel safe?"
"Yeah, you do."
The smile on Jacks face grew bigger and bigger. He looked so dorky, but it was a cute dorky.
Once we arrived we gave them all the food. They noticed how wide Jacks smile had been. They stared at us with curiosity burning inside their eyes.
"Amber, Jack You both look happy." Sara said out loud.
"Yeah, why?" Ethan asked.
"Just told some jokes." I blurted out.
"You sure bout that?" Beth said.
"Positive!" Jack exclaimed.
We walked in and started to put the stuff away.
I don't know what it was but when I was near Jack I had butterflies, and felt nervous. He was so nice and funny. He would stare at me with his big brown eyes, that dorky but adorable smile, and he was there when I needed him the most.
He had a perfect body, he had huge muscles, abs, and the deepest voice.
That night I stayed in my room but I heard a knock on the door. I got up and answered it.
"Sara!" I exclaimed.
"Can I stay with you the night?" she asked.
"Of course." I told her.
She stayed with me the night. She looked terrified like she had another nightmare.
"What's up with you and Taylor?" I asked her.
"He's so cute, he has the cutest smile and stares at me like I'm the only girl in the world!" Sara said happily.
"That's so cute!" I exclaimed.
"And did you see how big his muscles are!" Sara said out loud.
"Haha, did you not see Jacks!" I exclaimed.
"His are all right but Taylor's are better." Sara said.
We laughed at each other. We were both falling for guys we just met. That night there were no nightmares just normal dreams. It was beautiful too, the zombies didn't bug us a bit.
That night I dreamed about Jack. Him saving me from the zombies, he stared in my eyes as we got in the car and headed back. With him I was safe and sound. He acted like a guardian angel in my dreams. I must love him cause he was all I dreamt about.
