What is something you love? I asked him one Sunday afternoon. It was an ordinary question and yet, I felt mind fill with thoughts as I eagerly awaited his answer.

I drum my fingers along the side of my jeans as he thought long and hard about his answer.

Ice Cream! He finally answered as I sighed deeply. I honestly was expecting something more, er, powerful such as family or friends or a specific person...

My attention was snapped back to reality as he asked what my favourite flavour was. I tapped my chin lightly and scrunched up my nose as I tried to remember the flavour.

It was something with Cookies in it... I trailed off, still having trouble remembering. What about you?

I dunno, he replied with a shrug. I placed my hands on my hips as I finally remember the name of the flavour.

Cookies and Cream! I suddenly shout, startling him. A grin spread across my face as I triumph in naming the flavour. That's what it's called!

Haha, Cream... He chuckled a little to himself, leaving me confused. What was funny about cream? You can't eat that, it's poison.

Oh well, it's Ice Cream and Ice Cream is good, I gave him a big grin as I leaned against a tree next to me. Talking about ice cream gave me an idea. Tomorrow, I want to buy a tin of ice cream and eat it. Yeah, that's what I'll do!

I want some too, he complained. I shook my head with a smirk as he pouted, making me giggle. C'mon share!

Nope! I giggle as he tries to chase me. I laugh as I race down a hill, him clearly catching up.

Why not? He called out as he panted. I kept running and laughing as I shook my head.

Because I'm greedy! I joked as I tripped over a twig and fell on my butt with a thud.

I saw him hurrying towards me and I got up again to run but he caught me and grabbed my wrist tightly

Well, now you have to share, he whispered as I giggled and shook my head once again.

You must really like Ice Cream, I chuckled. He smiled at me just as the sun behind him started to set. This moment seemed perfect right now, a moment to never forget and allow to escape my grasp.
