"I've got an idea!" He exclaimed. When he's got an idea, you better watch out.

"Oh god..." I slap my hand across my forehead. What has he got in store now? I'm anxious and yet nervous as I run my hand through my hair. Today, we've already canoed in the rain, had a dance party in the rain, been tossed into the lake (also in the rain) and made him dress up in a wedding dress and run around asking people if they wanted to marry him. What could top that?

"How about," he paused for dramatic effect, "we paint town hall?"

"Paint town hall? You wanna get arrested?" I exclaimed as his smile brightened.

"Even better! Get arrested! I guess we can cross that off my bucket list!" He blurted out. I burst out laughing as he got up and onto his feet and pulled me up. "Well?"

"But we don't have paint..." I trailed off, hoping it would fail his plan.

"I think I have some in the shed," he ran into this shed/garage and pulled out about what must've been thirty tins of paint.

"Well how lucky are we..." I grumbled and went to help him lift the paint. If we were going to spark some life into this dull town, might as well be with colour.

So we trudged down to city hall which was a large, plain building with a large plain wall. He cracked open a can of paint and splattered it all onto the wall, creating an explosion of colour. I, did the same and soon, our canvas was filled with life and beauty, bringing life and hope into this town.
