They were on their wedding reception, everyone lend their ear as the newlyweds started their wedding vows.
Dei smiled then Richard held her hand, squatting infront of her, his free hand held the mic tighter so he won't drop it.
"Dei", he uttered looking into her eyes as tears started to form on the side of his.
"Dei Faulkerson, dati iniimagine ko lang 'to sa kisame ngayon totoo na, misis na kita.. Dati kinakatok lang kita ngayon gigising ako na ikaw ang una kong masisilayan tuwing umaga, kagabi, bago ako matulog, pinaghandaan ko na'to, gumawa pa ako ng kodigo pero kulang ang isang papel para masabi sa'yo kung gaano ako nagpapasalamat sa Diyos na binigay ka niya sa akin, kung gaano ako kasaya sa mga oras na'to, na alam kong mas hihigit pa sa susunod na araw, buwan, taon, na kasama ka. Kaya napagdesisyunan ko na, ipaparamdam ko na lang sa'yo ang hindi kasya sa kodigong ginawa ko. Mamahalin kita, aalagaan kita, at sa bawat umaga na gigising ka sisigiruhin kong nakangiti ka, at sa pagtulog mo tuwing gabi sisiguruhin kong- erm.. Pwedeng bulong ko na lang sa kanya? SPG eh", he said grinning then whispered to her the rest of his words. Dei turned red then hit his arm.
He just chuckled then whispered his "I love you" to her, then passed the mic.
"Ermm-" she cleared her throat then wiped the tears from her eyes.
"Hin-", she bit her lip and looked at Richard who just nod encouraging her to continue.
"Hindi kasi ako magaling sa mga ganito kaya-", she paused for a while then released a sigh. Then she lovingly looked at Richard straight in his eyes as she started singing.
So I lay my head back down, and I lift my hands and pray..
To be only yours I pray, to be only yours I know now, you're my only hope....
Richard looked at her wife amazed and he fell in love to her again, harder, deeper. He smiled at the realization that the voice next door that caught not just his attention but his heart and soul is now his wife, his better half, his life. She is no longer the voice next door, cause starting today their voices will become one as their hearts bound to each other, forever.

2 moths after, Dei gave Richard an envelope with a note written on it: Smile before you open.
Richard smiled, then looked at her wife who's grinning from ear to ear. She seemed excited. He opened the envelope and his mouth fell open upon seeing what's inside, a pregnancy kit with two lines in it.
"I.. A-n-"
"Wag kang mahihimatay Richard ut-", but before she could end her sentence he passed out.
