"Hey", he got out of his room drying his hair with a towel on his hand.
He was looking so hot. She almost jumped out of her wheelchair, but uhm.. yeah.
"Di na kita napagbuksan kasi nag-shower ako kanina, ayoko namang paghintayin ka, baka umalis ka eh"
She can smell his after shower scent that made her shiver.
Jusko Dei!
"You were asking for what?"
"Ta.. ta.. long?"
"Oh, right. Sorry. Wala akong talong eh"
"WHAT?! WALA KANG TALONG?!!!!"
"Ah, yeah? Hindi kasi ako nag-i-stock ng mga gulay"
"O..gulay, oo nga"
Dumi ng isip
"Gusto mo bilhan kita?"
"What? No! Ayoko sa talong ng iba! Uh- I mean.. Ano.. I..the real reason why I came here is to say sorry", she said releasing a deep sigh.
"For invalidating your feelings, alam ko naman na maganda ang intensiyon mo sa a-"
"Sshhh.. Dei-", he cut her off then kneeled infront of her.
"-you don't have to say sorry. Naiintindihan kita, the road for you has been bumpy and you have all the right for your feelings. That's why I said I won't give up. I will wait until your ready, kahit halughugin ko ang buong Google para sa jokes para lang mapatawa ka para gumaan ang loob mo"
"You're not mad?"
"I'm not"
"Bakit hindi ka nagparamdam for two days", she pouted.
"Eh, meron kasi akong sem- wait? Hinanap mo ako?"
She nodded then a smile slowly formed on his lips.
"Bakit?", she asked looking away.
"Hala. Wala namang ganyan. Tingin ka sa akin", he tilted her chin towards him.
"Bakit ba?"
"Namiss mo ako noh?"
"Kapal mo!", she exclaimed slapping his arm.
"Hindi nga?"
"Ewan ko", she whispered as she tucked a stray of hair on her ear.
"I'll wait till you're ready, Dei", he said.
"Ok"
"Ok?"
She bit her lower lip then shrugged her shoulder.
"Usap tayo mamaya. Sa bahay ka na magdinner. I'll cook"
"Talaga?!", he said with beaming eyes.
She nodded.
"I'll let you taste my specialty and you have no choice but to like it", she said giggling.
"Ay teka"
"Don't worry, hindi naman lason ipapakain ko sa'yo"
"Ano ba 'yon?"
"Secret, but I have a clue"
"Ay gusto ko yan, ano yan?"
"Yung ipapakain ko sa'yo mamaya.. May mani"
Richard coughed continuously, he stood up then rushed to his kitchen, then drank a glass of cold cold water.
"Are you ok?", he heard Dei asked.
No.
"Yes", he came back all red and sweaty.
"Okay ka lang ba? Namumula ka"
"I'm good. I'm great", he answered faking a smile.
"Excited na akong ipatikim sa'yo yun", she said rubbing her palms together.
"Uh- dei.. Ahhh.. You want to take a rest? Alamona, para you can cook later"
"No, I'm good- wait? You don't want me in here?"
"No, just.. This is for your own good", he said trying his best to relax himself.
"So pinapaalis mo ako?"
"No- no. It's not that. Ano lang.. I need to take a shower"
"Again? Kakatapos mo lang mag-shower ah?"
"Uh.. Ano kasi-", he bit his lip and closed a fist.
Lord, help me.
"-nakalimutan kong magsabon",he reasoned out.
"Really now? Wala na bang mas magandang palusot kesa diyan?"
"Dei, you.. "
"Whatever I'll leave now", she said rolling her wheelchair.
"Dei, it's not what you think, ok?"
"Alis na'ko"
"Mamaya ha? Dinner?"
"Ewan ko sa'yo. Diyan ka na sa shower mo!"
"Dei-", he didn't have the chance to say what he's about to say cause the door was slammed hard by Dei.
Paktay. Dumi kasi ng utak Richard
He massaged his forehead.
"Ikaw ba naman sabihang papakainin ng mani, ewan ko lang kung hindi ka mag-shower kahit kaka-shower mo lang", he muttered before walking to the shower, paika-ika.
