How did we get here? We survived our petty fights, even the serious ones. We got stronger day by day. I held on tight on your and as you lifted me up. When I thought I couldn't love again you came. It started when I heard your beautiful voice.
It's a beautiful day on July. The sun slowly shines after the heavy rain. I remember those times when I ran out of this door and I'd be playing with the rain, then mom would scold me nonstop for getting colds. A tear escaped from my eye. I would ran out again and play with the rain but, how could I? When I thought love could give me the best things in the world, it gave me worst. Then I hear your voice. It made my heart beats extra fast. The sound of your hearty laugh that made me smile. The next morning you knocked on my door, that familiar thud of my heart began though I never saw you, I never knew it was you, my heart knows. I can't explain how but my heart.. My heart knows you. And the moment you speak, I smiled not knowing the reason why. It's just so good. It felt so good.
And now, that you're kneeling infront of me with a ring on your hand. Your eyes pleading, honey you don't have to. Cause I am willing, and it will be my utmost pleasure to say:
"Yes, I'll marry you"

How did we get here? It started on that fateful day of July. I was minding my own world, when I heard of your voice. Your voice that made my heart flutter, your voice that soothed my soul. And I am more than proud that on that day, I tried my luck and knocked on your door. I will never regret those sleepless nights I spent searching jokes that'll make you laugh or smile although I know that I sucked at those. Alam kong ang korni ko. But we're here now, me waiting for you to join me in the altar, me tearing up, seeing you making your way on the aisle, me thanking God for giving me this blessing- you. And seeing you on that beautiful white dress, I swear love, I can't wait any longer to say I do.
