Kicked out, chapter 22

What a lovely morning. It's been 2 days since my friends left and I had been in touch with them each day. About to sit down, I heard a knock at my door and what sounded like someone crying. My dogs want crazy. Barking and jumping up at the door waiting for me to open it.
I slowly opened it and there stood the neighbor in tears, eyes red. He gazed up at me, breathing heavily.

"Oh my gosh! Are you ok neighbor? What happened?!" But before I could get a word out of him. He ran towards me, Hugged me tight and sobbed into my shoulder.

Rubbing his back, I sighed. "Sshhh don't cry. Tell me what happened. Everything's gonna be ok"

He continued crying into my shoulder, not wanting to speak.

"C'mon buddy, what happened?" I bent down a little and got with eye level of him, wiping away the tears with my hand.

"I... I got kicked out" he sobbed more and hugged me tighter. Awh man, poor guy.

"Cmon in neighbor, we'll have a chat about it over a cup of tea. Yea? Sound good?" He looked up at me and nodded. "Mkay, sit down, relax and ill get you some tea."

The neighbor sat himself down on my sofa as i went to make 2 drinks. As i stirred in the milk, i could hear the sniffs and tears of him. What did he do to get kicked out? And most importantly, WHO kicked him out?

"here ya go" i set down the hot cup on the table, along with a box of tissues.

"Thanks.." He smiled at me, tears still falling. I sighed and spoke up.

"hey uh, did you break a mirror or something a few months ago? Youve been getting alot of bad luck lately, You have literally died, your house was robbed by this Augustus guy and now you have been kicked out" He hesitated for a moment before replying.
