I felt the vibration of energy come together in a ball in the pit of my stomach. It was at my very core and was brewing to be released.

Slowly my hands turned blue as the energy was surging through my veins. Then with one single punch of my hand lightening shot out of my palms. A white glow was forming around my target as it was being charred by thousands upon thousand of volts.

I then started to breathe and the lightening was retracting back into my palms. The vibrating energy was dying down in my body and slowly I began to feel normal. Of course I hadn't felt 'normal' in weeks and after using my lightening I was tired and dehydrated.

Then the last flickers of blue energy went away and the strong energy feeling was replaced by a sickly, dizzy nausea.

I stared into the swirling smoke I had created. Sitting there, on the wooden table I use to practice was a black banana. Actually it was half a black banana, the other half a pile of black dust.

Piper had told me that when dealing with strong powers - like mine and hers - to start out with small objects to try and control what voltage I need to use on that particular target. So far I haven't mastered on how much voltage to use..

I walked over to the potion table and picked up my bottle of water. Using my lightening drains the water from my body. That's why I need to learn how much to use. Sooner rather than later.

I opened the lid and let the cold, smooth, velvet like liquid pour down my throat. After refreshing I felt better physically. I had been practising this for about half an hour, since Melinda left for the mall at 11 o'clock. Once I had finished helping her choose an outfit that is. I had been refreshing myself and then dehydrating myself since she left. I was surprised I hadn't run out of water yet. I put the bottle down and got ready to go again.

"You're getting good." A voice from the doorway said.

I turned around and saw Pandora leaning against the door frame. I hadn't talked to her much before but when I did she seemed nice enough to talk to. If your on her good side that is. She and Wyatt have been helping me with one-on-one combat incase I have to get physical with any demons. Pandora persuaded Henry.Jr who is the same age as me to help. Basically he was her punch bag.

"Good isn't the word I would use but thank you." I replied to her.

She walked over to me. Her long brown hair was perfectly curled and hung just below her chest. She was wearing a tight fitted, grey tank top that basically stuck to her torso. She had a black jacket on that looked more like blazer, black jeans and black, high heel ankle boots. If there was one thing I learned about Pandora was that she wore black all the time.

In her words it "Goes with everything."

"You'll get control over it the more the use it." She said stopping in front of me.

How would she know what it's like? She gets visions? She doesn't have to put up with the possibility of nearly killing someone every time she uses her powers.

"Your sisters are at the mall if you're looking for them." I told her hoping thats why she was here.

"Yeah I know, I saw them. I actually wanted to talk to you." She said with a slight grin.

That grin worried me. As it did with everyone else in the family. Wyatt had told me that when she grins or smirks or winks that everyone should be concerned.

"What about?" I asked cautiously.

"I just wanted to ask if you wanted to come to P3 later with me and Caleb. He has a friend coming and since your not dating anyone.." She trailed off making me take the hint.

Was she seriously setting me up on a date?

"I promised Melinda that I would help her pick out an outfit for her school dance." I answered trying to get out of going.

"You can still do that. We're not going until 9pm." She added.

Crap. I wasn't going to get out of this one.

I sighed in defeat. I guess this one time couldn't hurt. Considering I haven't been to a club in..never. I was 19 so I couldn't get in.

Then something clicked.

"How am I supposed to get in? I'm 19?" I asked with a slight smile of relief on my face.

"It's my Aunts club. Just don't drink anything. If the bouncer won't let you get passed I'll just pull a trick out of my sleeve." She grinned.

Yup. I wasn't going to get out of this. I was sure that if my leg was amputated and I couldn't walk, she would still find a way for me to go.

"Ughh okay." I said glumly letting out a huff.

"Great. Now lets go." Pandora happily said turning towards the door.

"Wow wait, go where?" I asked going after her.

"To get clothes for tonight. I'm in need of something new and you don't particularly look like the kind of girl to own a dress to go out. No offence." She added swinging on the doorframe.

I knew that if I didn't move she would move for me so I threw my hands up in the air and followed her out the door.
