*Louis' POV*

As the words leave her mouth, I nearly drop to the ground..

"Y-You don't remember me?" I stumble over my words, stuttering slightly.

She seems confused as she look sover to her parents, begging for answers.

The doctor walks to her bedside, asking me to take a step back. I didn't even have the will to fight, so I just stepped back towards the door, watching intently as he began asking the girl I loved questions about her life.

"Do you remember who this is?" He asks, he mother stepping to her bedside. She smiles warmly, and nods her head.

"That's my mom."

Her mother mimicks her wide smile, and then her father steps up beside her.

"And that's my dad."

He grins down at his daughter, and nods his head, encouraging her to go on.

"Do you know where you are, Kimberly?" The doctor asks, continuing to prod at her memory.

She shakes her head, confusion settling back onto her features. He sighs, and turns towards me.

"And you don't remember who that is?" He points to me, and her gaze shifts in my direction. Her eyebrows knit together, and then her eyes shoot open.

"Wait, that is Louis Tomlinson!" She shoots up to a sitting position, her eyes growing wider by the second. The doctor shoots me a look, almost saying 'just go with it', and I nod.

"Hello, love. I heard that you were in an accident, and I-I thought I would come and s-see you.." I choke out, trying to stay strong for her.

"Mom, how did you get Louis freaking Tomlinson to come and see me? Oh my gosh, I'm such a huge fan!" Her arms flail around, her eyes permanantly glued all the way open.

"Your friend Savanna told me that you were a fan, she actually uhm.. found me.. would you like me to go and get her?" I ask, trying to find a way out of this room that seems to be getting smaller by the second.

She nods, saying how much she loved me a few more times before I left the room. I stumbled into the waiting room, and told Savanna that she was waiting for her.

The only thing that kept running through my head was the fact that she doesn't love me the way I love her. She loves me because I'm famous. I cringe, and look over to Savanna who looks like she could burst into tears at any moment.

She immediatly hopped to her feet, wiping the tears from her face. She bolted down the hall, and I watched as the door clicked closed.

I slumped into one of the open seats, and dropped my head into my hands. I think the lads knew that I need some time, so they didn't bother me.

My shoulders shook as tears glided down my face, allowing me one way of closure. She doesn't remember all the good times we had, doesn't remember that I love her, doesn't remember any of it..

After a few minutes of feeling bad for myself, I decide that even if she doesn't remember me, she still is a fan. I could make her day just by being in the room.
