Step 1: Cultivating the Assassin Personality
If you choose male, you have to work on becoming as quiet, methodical, and creepy as possible. If you plan to be a sniper, it's better to say nothing, or very little, dress in black, and shuffle around unnoticed with a non-descript bag. If you are planning to get up close and personal, beating or stabbing your victims, it is imperative that you have a number of cool/amusing phrases at your disposal. If you go for the female vibe, you have to sex things up - big breasts are recommended. Whatever your genitals, your mode of killing will determine your personality.

Unemotional, highly adaptive, brute physicality, moral ambiguity, lack of empathy, natural intimidation, clandestine presence, quick senses, unlikely to back down from conflict, etc. Calm and capable under pressure and adaptable to immediate circumstances. Creativity/good at thinking on their feet. They are quiet, sometimes anti-social, unempathetic, and trainable, physically. They're brilliant and they're subtle.

Silent, forward, able to keeps things to himself. Good with hands-on-jobs, quick to learn how to use variety of tools, aware what is going on in his surrounding. Definitely thinking, calm, calculating. Non-judgemental, flexible, no matter what get the job done attitude. Silent, calculated, organized, cold killer. Ability to strategically plan and carry out missions.

Ability to adapt to situations as they occur. Lack of focus when planning problematic. Ability to "get involved" and socialize, perform less obvious actions. Good in all areas except morals. Would require conditioning.
Silent and reserved, actively hands-on and in-the-moment, logical, flexible enough to alter plans quickly. They're often highly intelligent, loyal, organized, dependable and quickly grasp the big picture and able to improvise on their feet.
