The next morning Skye was walking towards the great hall and saw Victoria walking ahead of her. Victoria hadn't told her the full story and Skye wanted to figure it out.

"Hey Vicki. I know what happened." Skye said her face showed no emotion. Skye noticed how Victoria tensed up after she said that.

"What are you talking about?" Victoria asked. Skye smirked then jumped up and down.

"You didn't tell me you and Harry hung out late at night! Did you kiss? What happened I gotta know!" Skye kept asking a ton of questions not giving Victoria a chance to respond.

"Woah Skye. Slow down. I was with Harry yes but nothing happened." Victoria said hoping the conversation would end. Skye couldn't help wanting to know more so she started asking questions again.

"So you did hang out with Harry! Is he more attractive at night? Does his eyes shine under the moonlight? I heard Ginny telling a girl his eyes sparkle is that true?"

Victoria groaned and shot a look to Skye who stopped talking immediately.

"Nothing happened. Leave it alone and stop asking." Victoria didn't look at Skye and continued walking.

"But Vicki....you like Harry don't you? Why aren't you talking about it?"

"There's nothing to talk about."

Both girls walked into the great hall and went to their separate tables. Skye looked behind her shoulder dumbfounded as Victoria went and sat at the edge of the slytherin table. This wasn't something Skye could do alone. She needed help. Right as Skye was about to head towards the gryffindor table Luna Lovegood had stopped her.

"Have you seen my shoes? Someone took them and I don't know where they went." Her voice was light and almost distant as she continued on with her story of lost shoes.

"Sorry Luna I haven't seen them." Skye said trying to step around her.

"Could you help me look for them?" Luna asked tilting her head to the side. Skye gave a small sigh and nodded earning a smile from Luna.

"Thank you! I think they took them into the courtyard."

Victoria sighed as she parted ways with Skye, the guilt felt like it was eating her alive. She sat at the very edge of the Slytherin table, now avoiding both her best friend and Draco. All she got was a coffee, she drank it as quick as possible before leaving the great hall.

Why did Skye have to be so curious about what she did? And why did it have to do with Harry? Victoria wandered around the halls until she came across the room of requirement. When she went in the room was exactly like her house, which she wouldn't get to go back to for a very long time. The room, for once, was wrong about what she wanted, but it was close enough. She wanted to see her mother, she wanted to hug her and cry like a little girl.

But she couldn't. So Victoria settled on wandering into her room and collapsing on the queen sized bed, she felt like she hadn't slept in days and yet her brain wouldn't turn off.

"How long am I going to be able to lie to her?" Victoria spoke to herself, her blonde hair was splayed out around her head like a halo. Her arms were spread across the bed, moving up and down to feel the comfort of the soft blanket beneath her.

She could've laid there for hours, and she did just that. Not worrying about missing classes, for she had all O's, she just stared at the ceiling. Wondering how she was going to fix this.

Skye had barely eaten anything before Luna was dragging her out to find her missing shoes. Skye had managed to snag a biscuit on her way out. The halls were quiet and empty the only sound was that of Skye's boots as they hit the stone floor.

"I don't understand why they took my shoes. My feet were starting to get cold so I knew I had to find them soon." Luna explained as she looked at her socks.

"Why didn't you fight back? You could've stopped them from taking the shoes." Skye said as she looked around at the paintings.

"I knew they were just having fun so I didn't want to stop them." her small smile told Skye she meant well.

"You really need to start sticking up for yourself." Skye laughed as the two turned a corner that lead into the courtyard. It took them about 10 minutes to realize her shoes were stuck hanging from one of the lights. Skye got the shoes down placing them softly on the ground in front of them.

"Thank you Skye! Also how are you doing? You seemed down the passed week." Luna asked slipping her pink sneakers on. How was she doing? Honestly, Skye had no idea anymore. Things finally went amazingly for her and Fred but VIctoria had seemed to be hiding something and that hurt Skye. Was Skye not a good friend anymore? Was there a reason behind the secret Victoria was hiding?

"I'm alright." Skye said looking up into the sky. The clouds overhead were a dark grey and covered the sun making the world around them dark which could only mean bad things were to come.

The sound of heels clicking down the corridor was enough to make Luna and Skye freeze in their tracks.

"Crap it's Umbridge." Skye said thinking of a reason why they were out there. Rule after rule had been put up on the wall and Skye had lost count around rule 35.

"And what might you two be doing out here? It's time for your first class you should be heading to it." the big, pink balloon of a woman now stood in front of the two girls.

"You see miss-" Luna began but Skye cut her off.

"I wanted some fresh air my bad professor." Skye said trying to give her a sweet smile. Skye watched as Umbridge eyed her suspiciously tapping her heel as she thought. Skye had tried her best at avoiding Umbridge for this particular reason. Umbridge had always come up with some stupid excuse to get kids into trouble.

"Miss Hamilton you know the rules I have set. You are one of the few people that have followed them why are you disobeying now?" Umbridge questioned making Skye laugh in her mind. Since when did she follow any of this pink blobs rules? She was practically out passed curfew every night. She kissed Fred in the corridor and Umbridge thinks she is following the rules?

"I am truly sorry professor it won't happen again. Now come on Luna we have just enough time to make it to charms." Skye lied giving Umbridge her best smile and she grabbed Luna's wrist and took her towards charms.
