Grudges

Chapter 20

Victoria walked into the dining hall the next morning with a smile on her face, Draco standing next to her. Skye glared at her as she sat next to Draco, hurt flashed through her but quickly returned when Draco laced their fingers underneath the table. Victoria knew he wasn't much for PDA, but this was enough for her.

During classes that day was hard, they couldn't even talk due to the many new rules Umbridge was pushing on the school. Victoria had never been so happy to be done with classes that day. As she was walking back to the common room to meet up with Draco a 7th year stopped her in the hallway.

"Hey." He had dark hair and blue eyes, though he wasn't that attractive, mostly because of the disgusting look on his face.

"Um....hello." Victoria said back before trying to move past him.

"Not so fast little lady. We should hang out sometime." He said winking at her.

"No thanks. Please get out of my way before I'm forced to make you." Victoria said, kindly smiling at the perv before her.

"Now now. Don't need to be so feisty." He reached up to touch her face, before his skin touched hers a hand shot up and twisted his arm backwards.

"Leave before I do something you'll regret." Draco growled from behind her. The boy whimpered and yanked his hand from Draco's before glaring at them and walking away. Draco glared the guys way before grabbing Victoria by the hips and pulling her towards him, their lips connecting roughly.

Victoria gasped in surprise at the gesture as he kissed her in the middle of the corridor. Many people walked past them as he made his claim to her, making sure to glare at every boy that passed them. Draco pulled away and Victoria gasped for air.

"I'm never going to let another man touch you." He growled into her ear, his hot breath fanning against her ear as he spoke. She shivered as a hot flash passed over her body.

"Okay." Her voice was shaky when she spoke, making Draco smirk at her.

"Something wrong?"

Skye awoke with vague memories of the day before. She remembered taking the potion and then.... oh no she didn't kiss George did she? Skye tried not to think about it as she got changed for the day. There were no classes so she had all the time in the world to make sure her plan worked out.

"Hey Luna?" Skye asked to the blonde girl who sat in chair reading the quibbler. One way to get Victoria to take the potion was food. Something sweet to be exact.

"Yeah." Luna answered shortly flipping a page of her magazine.

"What flavor cake is the best? I was going to make it for our friends." Skye said dragging out the word friends. Luna sat up and set the magazine down.

"Red velvet of course even though sometimes the color makes it seem evil." Luna continued on but Skye only paid attention to the first sentence. Perfect now all she needed was to bake a cake.

Skye headed down to the kitchens and convinced the elves to give her a cake which they happily agreed. With the cake in Skye's hands her plan was almost complete.

Skye carried the cake down happily to the great hall. Skye has forgotten the D.A. meeting had been postponed for tomorrow so she decided to do it during dinner instead.

Skye set the cake in front of Harry,Hermione and Ron with a smile. She then took her seat in between the twins.

"Hi Freddie!" She said happily kissing his cheek. Skye noticed as he tensed up a bit. She decided to address it later so she could focus on task at hand.

"What's the cake for?" Ron asked his mouth practically drooling.

"Since we've all been doing so well I figured we needed to celebrate. Although I wish Victoria could too." Skye said pouting as she looked at the table in front of her. Victoria was happily talking with Draco. Skye practically threw up as she watched Victoria kiss his cheek.

"I could give her a piece." Harry said looking back at the slytherin table. Skye has to stop herself from smirking.

"Really you would do that! Thank you Harry! I would but Malfoy pisses me off." Skye said as she started cutting a piece off for Victoria. "Oh but don't do it around Malfoy he will think somethings wrong with it. Anything from Potter is bad." She mimicked Draco as she spoke. Skye waited until no one was looking or so she thought before sprinkling the love potion onto the slice of cake.

"Here Harry. Remember don't give it to her where slytherins can see. They are all gossip and she's already having a hard time as is." Skye said as she made eye contact with Victoria across the room. Skye gave a small wave then took a sip of her pumpkin juice.

Now all she had to do was wait.
