Skye hadn't gotten much sleep that night. She couldn't stop imaging Victoria getting the dark mark. Skye had known her for years and Victoria wasn't like that, at least she wasn't until Draco came along. Skye threw on her nice purple blouse and orange pencil skirt as she went downstairs to open the shop for the day.

It was cold and quiet without the twins. Everything seemed sad without their laughter to fill the place. Skye cleaned off a couple shelves before flipping the sign on the door to say open.

The day ran smoothly as only a few people came in, most were parents that got dragged by their little kid to look around. At the end of the day Skye closed up the shop and headed back to the apartment upstairs.

She hadn't even heard the twins come in as she hummed quietly while cooking dinner. Fred quietly came behind her and snaked his arms around her waist. She let out a tiny squeal as she felt his cold hands on her. He chuckled placing a kiss on her cheek.

"I missed you beautiful." He cooed resting his chin on her shoulder. A smile formed on Skye's face as he hugged her.

"I missed you too Freddie." Skye turned around wrapping her arms around his neck giving him a quick kiss.

"Alright you two." George said with a laugh taking a seat at the dining table. Fred and Skye broke apart and Fred joined his brother. "You making enough for us too?" George asked with a yawn. Skye nodded as she turned around and continued to cook. Should she bring up what she had seen last night? They would probably think she was crazy and still upset over what happened at hogwarts. Fred and George needed to know though. They needed to know to look out for Victoria.

"I saw Malfoy heading down Knockturn alley with a bunch of deatheaters last night." Skye said plainly as she continued preparing their dinner. The small chatter between the twins stopped as they looked at her. "I don't know what they were doing but it didn't look good. Bellatrix, the one who escaped Azkaban, she was with him."

"You didn't come back and say anything?!" George asked shocked. Skye ignored him and continued on.

"I know Victoria got a letter last night. I think she's working with them." Skye said as she turned off the stove to the let pot of hot noodles cool off. She wiped her hands off on her skirt as she turned around to face the twins. When she looked at their faces she expected a look of panic or worry but instead it was more....annoyed? She knew she shouldn't of mentioned Victoria.

"Honey, you really think after all these years Victoria would change?" Fred asked. No.

"Freddie she's with Malfoy! He probably forced her to help!" Skye exclaimed. Why didn't she believe that Victoria wasn't bad?

"She's been our friend for three years now. I know for a fact she isn't the kind to just change overnight for a boy." George was now in on it. Skye knew that, but for some reason she couldn't get the thought of Victoria turning on her out of her head.

"What are you two saying?! It doesn't matter anymore! She left me. She left us for- for that pure blooded piece of shit!" Skye was yelling as tears threatened to spill. Why did she hate her best friend so much. Why can't she allow herself to forgive Victoria.

"Skye!" Fred yelled causing Skye to flinch and look down at the ground hot tears sliding down her cheek. Fred got up and put his hands on her shoulders. "We don't like Malfoy either but Victoria isn't bad. You need to forgive her and she needs to forgive you. All Victoria is trying to do is make everyone happy. Give her a break." Fred's words were quiet and soft making Skye only cry worse. "You truly think in your heart that Victoria would become a death eater?"

No she didn't.

"I don't know anymore. I just I don't know what to think." Skye said defeatedly. Fred sighed and pulled her into a hug. Skye needed evidence. She needed proof or else this constant battle of love and hate would never go away.

Skye stayed silent during dinner only speaking to describe the appearances of the death eaters she saw with Draco. Afterwards once the twins had gone to bed Skye took out her quill and parchment and started writing.

Hey Victoria. I'm sorry. No, I'm not sorry. I don't even know if I can trust you anymore. I know you're not a bad person. I know you're still the girl I would sneak out with at night to talk about how annoying Pansy Parkinson is. Ha. You remember when you helped me sneak bright red hair dye into her shampoo? All the Slytherins kept calling her Weasley. I remember Ron wasn't happy but Fred, George, you and I laughed for awhile. I missed that. I miss having you as a friend. I will never admit that I was wrong. I still think you shouldn't be with Draco. I saw him last night. He's a death eater Victoria. He is going to hurt you.

I miss you Viki...

She never sent that letter.
