The twins never told Skye where they were going, just that she needed to go. Once they arrived anger started slowly building up inside her.

"Skye it's just for one night. You and Victoria are best friends." Fred said as he placed a hand on her lower back leading her into the house. Just one night then she didn't have to speak to Victoria again.

"Skye?" A voice Skye hadn't heard in forever. Skye gave a quick glance at Victoria then went and took her spot in between the twins.

Skye stayed silent she didn't have anything to say to anyone in that room. That was until Fred hit her leg under the table making her glare at him. With a loud sigh Skye looked over at Victoria and gave a fake smile.

"Happy birthday." Skye's words were emotionless. She thought seeing Victoria would be nice and everything would go back to the way it was. It wasn't though. Skye kept remembering the awful words Victoria last said to her.

"Fred deserves so much better."

It was enough to make Skye tighten her grip on Fred's hand just a little bit. Molly came over and hugged Skye along with the twins as she scolded them for being late.

"It honestly was my fault. I took awhile to finish up closing the shop." Skye explained as the food was set out in front of them.

"Well alright dear, I can forgive you." Molly laughed and went back into the kitchen, only shortly after coming back in with many levitating plates and handing them all to each guest.

"This looks amazing Molly." Victoria said as she looked the food. "Mm! I tastes amazing food, I can't tell you how long it's been since i've had a home cooked meal."

"Well you should come stay with us more often than." Molly replied.

They ate quickly before going into the living room, all with a piece of cake in hand.

Skye sat on Fred's lap as it was a tight fit to get everyone into the living room. Fred had smeared a little cake onto her nose making her laugh and do it back to him.

"Alright it's time to give Victoria her present!" Molly exclaimed as she walked out of the living room. There was a present? Skye hadn't gotten her anything or even put money towards a present.

"Sorry I forgot to tell you." Fred whispered into Skye's ear making her sigh loudly. Everyone waited patiently as Molly came back with a British short haired cat that had a green ribbon tied around its neck like a bow. Even Skye couldn't say anything bad about the present. The cat was adorable.

Victoria was shocked to see the cat with the ribbon. Skye watched as the cat was handed over to a smiling Victoria. Victoria held the cat in her arms and carefully petted the cat as her eyes were brimmed with tears.

"Thank you guys so much I love it!" Victoria exclaimed holding the cat closer to her. Skye got up and left the room not wanting to be there any longer. As much as she wanted to celebrate with Victoria she couldn't forgive her. Victoria had ruined Skye's self confidence and it had taken a toll on Skye. She wanted to so badly just go back to how things used to be but that couldn't happen.

Skye day back at the dinner table as she finished her cake. She could hear the laughter of everyone coming from the next room. If only she wasn't so stubborn Skye would've been in there with them.

"Hey I have to get a drink I will be back." Victoria said as she walked back into the kitchen and dining room. Victoria stopped once she saw Skye. Skye looked up at her with no emotion. Skye had so much she wanted to say to Victoria but nothing came out. Was Skye sorry? No. Did she miss her best friend? Kinda. Okay yes she did a little.

"Drinks are in the fridge." Skye said shortly as she got up to set her plate into the sink. Skye wanted to tell her about her and Fred. How well the shop was going but she knew Victoria probably didn't wanna hear any of it. Skye had lost her best friend. Forever.
