Victoria's life had been long, she had 3 children, though she had 2 miscarriages due to the damage done to her stomach so many years before. Her only girl, she named in the honor of her late best friend, Zara Skye Malfoy. She had a wonderful husband, and an amazing family. Overtime her and George reconnected, they would meet for drinks every once in awhile when they were young, but that slowly came to a stop as they continued to age. George had gotten sick at the age of 98, dying only one year later, he was smiling as he went. No doubt he was thinking of finally seeing Fred again, George never really got over the death of his twin. He often told Victoria how hard it was to look in the mirror, only to see the face of his brother, how he couldn't bare to cast a patronus as every happy memory he could think of was of his brother.

Victoria spoke at his funeral, her hand shaking as she sobbed over the piece of paper she had written on, her gray hair falling into her face. Draco had to pull her from the coffin as they watched the dirt fall over it, his weary eyes keeping watch on Victoria. The next few weeks was full of mourning, their children watching over their parents like hawks. It took a toll on the couple, the thought of one of their very close friends dying.

Victoria watched her husband wither away slowly, his mind went first. He couldn't remember things anymore, at the very end he could barely recognize her anymore. Draco died at the age of 102, Victoria broke down as they buried him. She was all alone now, she had no one. Her children were too busy to come visit her, her grandchildren taking up most of their time now a days. It was a lonely life to live, she lived in loneliness for the next 5 years. Only thinking of the regrets she had made in her life. Her children visited more often in the last year of her life, they knew she was dying. She ended up at Saint Mungo's for the last 5 months, the crying faces of her family above her. Her legs left her first, her mind was weak. She, as well as her husband before he died, was losing her memories. She forgot the names of her grandchildren, and almost cried every time their faces dropped when she asked. She died at 107, her children and grandchildren crying above her as she sight faded. Leaving her in nothing but black.

The first thing she saw when she awoke was bright white light, the figure of Draco kneeling next to her as she sat up. He was so young, like back in Hogwarts when they first got together. His beautiful eyes still full of life, not a wrinkle of his gorgeous face.

"Oh god Draco baby I missed you so much." Victoria sobbed into him, holding him tightly, remembering how hard it was to sleep in the big empty bed she was forced to have for the last 5 years, no warmth left in the bed once he was gone.

The next person she saw was George, who she ran to. Laughing at the feeling of the long lost energy of her younger days, she hugged him too. Squeezing him tightly, remembering how without George she couldn't make a joke without thinking of the many ones he always made.

"Victoria. I think there's someone who wants to talk to you." George said as he let her go, Draco squeezing Victoria's hand before George moved out of the way. A familiar head of black hair appeared in her vision, automatically Victoria took off. Tears streaming down her face as she tackled her best friend in a hug, which was automatically returned. Victoria sobbed into Skye's shoulder.

"I am so sorry. I didn't mean any of it I am so sorry I am so sorry. I wish I could've told you before the war. I wanted to, I wanted to so badly I was the reason you died. I couldn't save you I am so sorry." Victoria sobbed, feeling the weight of her words lift from her chest. "There wasn't a day I didn't think of you and how sorry I am Skye. I am so sorry."

Skye squeezed Victoria back, a choked laugh escaping from her. "I know. I haven't been up here screwing around your whole life. I was with you every step of the way." Skye let her go and looked at Victoria's red rimmed eyes "I missed you." Victoria laughed, her laughter mixing with sobs.

"I missed you so much Skye."

A/N lots of tears were shed. Friendships were strengthen and sometimes broken. (because we both strongly agreed with our individual characters.) All in all this was really fun to write thank you for reading it. Also if anyone wondered Blue roses symbolize is mystery and attaining the impossible. That's why I gave Skye blue roses for her thoughts about her wedding. Orange roses mean fascination and many tones of love and affection. That's why Skye told Victoria to have them at her wedding for the love Victoria and Draco shared. I can't express how thankful I am for any of you reading this. Thank you so much ❤️
