If Paddy was in the picture it would be more perfect. I've never been stuck in an elevator so this might be inaccurate.
And once again UNEDITED
//"Y/n can you go to the grocery store and grab some milk for me please?" Your mom asked you nicely. Somewhat it's always milk they needed to go and buy.
"Okay," you called before you out on your slippers, taking your wallet with you. You walked down the stairs of the apartment, thinking that you could use some exercise. By the time you were on the last floor, you were breathing heavily.
Damn I need to be more fit, you thought (relatable)
When you were in the lobby you spotted Aunt May, you were about to greet her but she was already talking to someone else.
You walked down the streets and went to the grocery store, picking out some milk, lots of chips and two ice cream tubs. You went to the counter and paid for the food. You reached down into the plastic bags, noticing that the cashier gave you a few plastic spoons, you took one of the chips out and ate it as you walked home.
You slid your hand into your jean pocket, taking the phone out and checked the time. It was only five so it wasn't dark yet. You pushed the lobby door open and debate with yourself.
Should I take the elevator or the stairs? You decided that you should just take the elevator since on the way down you took the stairs.
You stepped into the elevator and pressed the close button. When the door was half way closed somebody called out for you to keep the door open.
"Keep the door open for me please!" A soft voice called. You quickly pressed the buttons for the boy and waited for him come in.
"Thank you," he said and smiled at you. You noticed his soft looking brown curls and his sharp jaw as he turned away from you. Damn he's cute, you thought. He was about the press the number but you guys lived on the same floor.
There was an awkward tension flying in the air as you guys waited. Your eyes shifted around the small space in the elevator basically anywhere but him. You could hear each other breathing which was pretty weird.
"Do you uh need help with those?" The boy asked you, trying to be polite and trying to break the tension.
"No it's oka-" You stopped mid sentence when the elevator stopped rapidly, causing you both to jolt forward, you guys glanced up at the metal ceiling, the light went off too.
"What the hell?" You heard the boy muttered to himself. The red glowing number in the corner of the room stopped at number 7. "Fuck power cuts."
"So we're stuck?" You asked with a shaky voice, being stuck in an elevator was one of your biggest fear. (Sorry if it's not actually one of your fears)
"I guess so." The boy shrugged, looking back at you seeing the worried expression on your face.
After a few minutes of screaming out for help, you two decided that it was not going to work.
"I guess I'll call my mom before she shouts at me." You said, placing the plastic bags down and reached for your phone.
"And I'll call mine- my aunt." He corrected himself before he reached into his jean pocket for his phone. You told your mom that you're stuck in an elevator since she probably thought that you were still at the grocery store. Freaking out, you tried to calm her down as you could hear her rushing down the stairs.
