Ella woke up today in a great mood.

She made her bed and went out to the kitchen to make herself some food.

She put on some music as she prepared her food.

She prepared some pancakes and eggs.

Savanna left the apartment early to go to work.

Savanna works as a waitress at a diner just a couple blocks down.

"KNOCK KNOCK!!" Weslyn yells as she opens the front door.

Weslyn takes off her shoes and meets Ella in the kitchen.

"Looks delicious" Weslyn compliments the food.

"It tastes good too!" Ella said.

"Why are you in such a good mood?" Weslyn asks her red haired friend.

"Well Jacob is taking me on a date tonight" Ella exclaimed as she sits down on a chair and starts to eat her food.

"What's the special occasion?" Weslyn asks stuffing her face with pancakes.

"It's our 1 year anniversary today" Ella says.

"So my question is why are you here?" Ella asks.

"Oh yeah so I have this photo shoot today and I needed to borrow your car to get there. My car broke down and it's in the shop right now" Weslyn says.

"Sure" Ella says as Weslyn looks at the time.

"Well I should get going or i'm going to be late" Weslyn finishes her food before grabbing Ella's car key.

"Ciao!" Ella says as Weslyn leaves her apartment.

Ella didn't have anything to do right now so she decided to grab a book and go down to the coffee shop to chill for a little bit before her date with Jacob.

Ella changes her outfit and grabs her purse before heading out the door.

She walks into the coffee shop and orders her regular.

A caramel macchiato.

She gets her drink and sits down at a table.

She reads her book in peace.

"Excuse me is this seat taken?"

Ella looks up and sees a familiar face.

It was the guy that lives next door, the one that waved at her.

"No go ahead" Ella said as the man sat down.

"I'm Mitch" the guys introduced himself.

"Ella" Ella said her name as she closed her book.

"You live next door right?" Mitch asked.

"Yup" Ella said taking a sip of her drink.

There was a awkward silence between the two for a little bit.

"Well I have to go to practice but i'll see you later" Mitch said as he grabbed his drink and left.

Ella went back to reading her book for a little bit.

She looked out the window and saw Mitch getting into his car.

She bit her lip before returning to her book.
