"Hey babe" Jacob greeted Ella.

"Hey baby" Ella gave Jacob a peck before putting on her heels.

"You look stunning babe" Jacob complimented her dress.

"Thanks! You don't look bad yourself" Ella looked at his suit.

"Well ready to go?" Jacob asked.

The couple was on their way to Jacob's parents house.

This wasn't the first time Ella has met Jacob's parents so she wasn't that nervous.

"Yup" Ella said doing one final check up.

Jacob grabbed Ella's hand as the two left the apartment.

The drive there was normal.

They talked about what's going on in their lives.

They finally arrived to his parents house.

"Ready?" Jacob asked his girlfriend as they both got to the front door.

"Ready as i'll ever be" Ella confidently says as they pressed the doorbell.

"Jacob!! Ella!!" His mom opened the door.

"Hey Ms Hood" Ella greeted her with a hug.

"Look at you" Jacob's mom cupped her cheeks.

"Ella!!" Jacob's 10 year old sister ran into the room.

"Sophie!!" Ella yelled back as she gave her a hug.

"Where's my hug??" Jacob asked her little sister.

Sophie giggled before giving her brother a hug.

"Where's dad?" Jacob asked his mom.

"He is unfortunately at work and won't be joining us tonight" his mom announced.

"Well can we eat? I'm hungry" Sophie rubbed her stomach.

"Yeah i'm starving too" Jacob copied his little sister's action.

"Food is on the table" Ms Hood said as all of us go into the dining room.

"I had a good night" Ella said to her boyfriend as he dropped her off in front of her apartment.

"Are you sure you don't want me to come up with you?" Jacob asked.

"Savanna hates it when I bring people there past 11pm" Ella told him.

Ella gave her boyfriend a kiss before walking off.

Ella unlocked her front door.

"NOO!!" She heard yelling coming from the living room.

Ella entered to see her best friend and three guys sitting on the couch.

"Ahem" Ella cleared her throat getting the attention of all of them.

"Hey Ella" Savanna said.

"What are you guys doing?" Ella asked placing her purse on the counter.

"Watching a romantic movie" Auston said.

"Want to join us?" A guy Ella assumed is William says.

"I'm good, I think i'm going to go to my room" Ella says as she heads to her room.

Ella sets her things down and sits at her desk.

She pulls out a book and starts to read it.

Ella heard a knock on her door.

"Come in!" Ella said turning around.

"Hey" Mitch walks in.

"Hey" Ella says back.

"Whatcha doing?" Mitch asked.

"Reading a book" Ella says.

"You love reading books don't you?" Mitch asked.

"Indeed I do" Ella proudly says.

Mitch looks around her room and notices a bookshelf full of books.

"Dang you have a library in here" Mitch holds up a book.

"You can borrow that book if you want" Ella said.

"I don't read" Mitch says as he places the book down.

"Why aren't you out there watching the movie?" Ella asked.

"I'm not really into romantic movies" Mitch says.

"MITCH COME BACK OUT YOU'RE MISSING THE GOOD PART!!" Auston yelled out.

"That's my cue. I should go out before they attack me" Mitch says.

"Bye have fun with that" Ella said as she turned around and returned to her book.

Without Ella knowing Mitch grabbed the book from before and left the room.
