"So babe when am I going to be introduced to your new neighbours?" Jacob asked his girlfriend as they cuddled on the couch.

"Why do you want to meet them?" She asked him.

"Babe they are the new faces of the Toronto Maple Leafs" Jacob said as Ella still didn't get it.

"Again i'm lost" Ella said.

"They are going to be big names around the city" Jacob said.

"Well they're coming over tonight, you can stay and meet them if you want?" Ella offered.

"I would be glad to stay!" Jacob said making it obvious he was overjoyed.

"I'm going to race home and grab my Toronto Maple Leafs scrapbook" Jacob says as he gives Ella a peck before rushing out the door.

"Why did I just see Jacob run down the hall?" Savanna asked as she entered the apartment.

"He's meeting the guys" Ella said as she sees that she got a text message from Mitch.

Ella starts to smile at the message.

"What are you smiling at?" Savanna asked.

"Mitch just sent me a picture of a cat wearing heels!" Ella laughed.

Savanna pretended to laugh because she didn't get the whole thing.

"So do you want Chinese food or Thai for dinner?" Savanna asked.

"Thai sounds good" Ella replies as she grabs the to go menu and dials the number.

Ella picks up the book that Mitch "borrowed" from her.

"Elle you're going to pick up the food later" Savanna says taking a seat next to her best friend.

Ella didn't hear her at all, she was too busy with her book.

"Earth to Ella" Savanna waved her hand in front of her face.

"Huh?" Ella said to her.

Savanna grabs the book out of her hands and reads it.

"Notes from Mitch?" Savanna raised her eyebrow.

"What? They're funny!" Ella said taking the book back.

"Hello losers!" Weslyn says walking through the door.

Weslyn notices the three men on the couch.

"I'm afraid we haven't met" Weslyn said to the guys.

"I'm Auston and these are my friends William and Mitch" Auston introduced the gang.

"Cool i'm Weslyn but you can call me Wes" Weslyn says as she takes a seat next to Savanna.

"I'll get it" Ella says after hearing a knock at the door.

"Hey babe" Ella says giving Jacob a kiss.

"Are they here?" Jacob asked.

"In the living room" Ella said as she closed the door.

Jacob and Ella walked into the living room.

"Guys this is my boyfriend Jacob, Jacob this is Auston, William and Mitch" Ella introduced her boyfriend to them.

Mitch's smiles turned into a frown as soon as he heard that Ella had a boyfriend.

"I'm a huge fan!" Jacob says.

"How? We haven played yet?" William asks.

"I just am! Can you guys sign my book?" Jacob asked as he sat next to them.

"Ella can you pick up the food?" Savanna asked.

"Okay but i'm going to need some help" Ella says.

"I'll help" Mitch quickly volunteers.

Ella and Mitch grabbed their things as they head out the door.

"Why did you volunteer so quickly?" Ella asked Mitch as they got into the elevator.

"Well I needed to go for some fresh air" Mitch said.

"Well I liked the notes you put in my book" Ella said as they walked out of the building.

"You did?" Mitch asked.

"You exactly wrote down the things I was thinking about while I read the book" Ella says.

"Like I didn't like how they revealed the killer" Mitch said.

"Totally agree!" Ella said.

The two mostly talked all the way to the Thai place.

The two found out immediately that they had a lot of things in common.
