Lucy's pov

it was silent for a while. none have moved. we all eyed the two still on the floor. Natsu still over Acnologia but he wasn't moving. i crawled over to him, i could hear others crying and screaming but i was blocking them out.

'natsu, natsu, baby wake up, natsu' i cried until i heard him moan a weak moan. i rolled him off acno who was still breathing but loosing a lot of blood. natsu was shot in the stomache and i was just pressuring it.

'l-luce' he stuttered and i giggled as he reached for my cheek.

'i'm here'

'people promised me so much and i knew they were lying, i-i found you all by myself' he whispered and i just cried. it wasn't long until the police barged in and saw us all weak and abused.

'we got a whole load of hostages here, teens a child and a couple of adults. bring the paramedics because it's very bloody over here' the chife said and i just layed next to natsu until i was picked up to go to the paramedic.

Natsu's pov

i got to see her again. jesus, getting shot is not a nice feeling. i can actually still feel the bullet in me. and it burns.

'i was jealous' was all i heard from acno i weakly turned my head so i was facing him as he looked up at the light.

'huh?'

'i wanted my fami-family, she was only 3, my wife only 20, i wanted to grow old, have gran-grankids. i wante to walk her down the aisle, i was just jealous of the happiness i was blocked out on' all i could do was stare at him, why now, oh right because he knows he's going to hell.

'i faked my death because my dad hated me and my mother so i r-ran. my wife and baby also, also because i was getting chased, i tried to save them but my wife got raped and stabed multiple times and my dau-daughter got caught in a fire they started at the house. i couldn't get to her in time' he cried in pain and i just let out a few tears after. i won't forgive him because he killed my brothers and nearly killed lucy. and wanted to kill the rest of my family.

'if this life really hurts acno, le-let go' i said and he chuckled a nice chuckle this time.

'let go' he closed his eyes and smiled. 'i'm comin princess, daddy is sorry' he mumbled and i just layed there alone with a corpse right next to me.

thank god a paramedic pair helped me up and put me on those bed things and carried me out in the light. 'wheres my luce' i asked and the paramedic smiled at me.

'she's fine, no need to worry, i promise you, she and Levy are already on their way to the hospital' i just cried happy tears.

'wheres mavis and my nefew'

'also at the hospital'

'my parents?'

'they are perfectly fine'

'lucy's father'

'he's perfectly fine'

'my aunt?'

'fine?'

'my guys, where are my brothers?' i asked.

'we are right here dude, don't panick' Gajeel said and i chuckled happily. but then fell asleep. knowing that everyone was okay.

i wake up looking all clean although i feel like a whore. i see my dad crying holding my hand and he hugged me tight. 'thank god you awake' he mumbled in my hospital gown and i just hugged him back.
