Aaron Hotchner's POV
I drove for 15 minutes before pulling into the parking lot of the police station.
It was quite a small police station from the outside so I hope it is bigger inside because the team needs room to spread.
I found a parking spot close to where the others parked and cut the engine.
When I got out of the car I was greeted by strong winds that made me stumble at first.
"Stupid wind" I muttered
I walked to the hood of the car where Derek was standing. He stared at me.
"Ready?" He asked
"Yeah let's go." I said and began walking quickly
"Hotch. I don't know what's going on, but it's quite obvious you are pissed off about something. So unless you want to go in there and make Kaleigh's parents believe that you really don't care about their daughter, I suggest you try to brighten up your mood." Morgan said not looking at me in the eye.
I thought about what Derek just said. He was right. I am pissed off. Even though we just got this case it's much different then the others. There was nothing left behind to even help make a profile of the unsub. Usually we have something that could help is create a profile, but since we don't have anything to go off of it's going to be quite harder to make a profile.
"You're right. This is going to be a hard case and the amount of time we will spend trying to create a profile of the unsub instead of getting out there, finding leads, and finding Kaleigh and Avery." I said
"I understand and I know what has to be done. We'll find them and we will bring them home safely." Morgan said and pulled open the door
"After you kind sir." Morgan said
I shook my head at him and walked in
______________
JJ's POV
Hotch and Morgan walked up to the round table.
"Okay I want JJ interviewing the parents, Morgan and Rossi I want you to go to some shops nearby and ask some employees if they saw anything. Reid and Blake I need you to go Kaleigh's house to see if there's anything that we might have missed. Detective Dykes and I are going to Avery's house." Hotch said
Everyone mumbled an "okay" and started to walk toward the doors. I turned around and walked to the room that Kaleigh's parents were sitting in.
"Hello, I'm SSA Jennifer Jareau, Communications Liaison for the Behavioral Analysis Unit in Quantico, Virginia. I'll need to ask you questions about your daughter." I said calmly extending my hand.
"Ben" the man said extending his hand.
The woman clutched the tissue in her hand. "Marlene" she said through sobs.
"Please call us by our first names." Ben said and Marlene nodded in agreement.
"I just need to ask you some questions about Kaleigh." I said
"I don't think we know enough to help you." Marlene said. Her sobs reduced to just tears flowing down her face.
"Did Kaleigh hang out with anyone at school that is a bad influence?" Was my first question in all interviews. Normally I go from there with questions so I don't need a list.
"No. Her only friend is Avery. She isn't very outgoing. Quiet, doesn't like most of the kids at school." Ben said with anticipation clear in his tone.
"Do you know why Kaleigh didn't like the kids at school?" I asked quite curious and while scribbling down some notes.
"A lot of the kids are very rude and they look down upon people that aren't in their group as Kaleigh says it." Marlene said causing me to glance up.
"Was Kaleigh dating anyone?" I asked still scribbling notes.
"No. She doesn't like the kids at school. I told you that." Ben said with irration clear in his voice.
"I know this is frustrating, but it is necessary. We have people out there looking for her right now." I said trying to let them know that we were doing everything right now.
They both nodded.
"Did Avery have any other friends besides?" I asked getting back on topic.
"Yeah I'm pretty sure she did. Kaleigh came home one day and said that Avery invited some kids that were 'popular' to sit with them and were rude to her." Ben said.
"Did they go with Kaleigh and Avery when they went out?" I asked looking up.
"Maybe. Kaleigh never told us." Marlene said.
"Okay I think I have enough for now. I'll get back to you as soon as I know something." And with that I got up and walked out.

David Rossi's POV
Derek pulled into the parking lot close to where the girls were taken.
"I'll go to Barnes and Noble and you go to Nordstrom." I said.
"Okay. Be back here in 30." Morgan said jogging toward the store.
I started jogging toward Barnes and Noble.
The jog to the store was pretty short. Once inside I made my way toward the check out counter. There was one person up there. I grabbed my badge out of my pocket and was ready to put it up.
The person ahead walked out and I walked up. The cashier was picking up something off the floor and didn't notice me.
"Did you find everyth-" She cut herself off looking at me.
I held up my badge and said "SSA David Rossi. I need to ask you some questions."
"Okay." She said shaking.
"Were you working earlier today?" I asked leaning on the counter.
"Yes" she said slowly.
"Did you see the two girls get kidnapped?"
"I saw them walk out, but that's all."
I nodded and was about to say thanks when she said
"I think I might know who did it." She said cautiously.
She told me everything she knew and I quickly walked out of the store. Once outside I grabbed my phone and sprinted to the car. Dialing Morgan's number and practically shouted to him to meet me right outside.
I dialed Hotch's number as I pulled up to get Morgan and told him everything and to meet back at the station.
