As we arrived at the platform, on one of only 2, I couldn't help but notice the quietness of this train station compare to the one we sat in but 2 hours and 30 minutes ago, i guess that’s why they call it the fast train. As Fleur giggled at the picture of me sleeping and drooling and as i helped my mum and dad put our cases in the boot of the taxi, all i could think about what I’d left in London and what horror of the countryside I’ve yet to meet.

All throughout the taxi ride Fleur still giggled and mum kept assuring me on my new life in Middle earth,

"I’m sure you'll make some new friends"

"There’s clean air where we're going"

"You might get a new boyfriend"

I just wanted to gag both of them with my smelly socks just to shut them both up or if that failed give them both something else to think about!

As we pulled up through the nearest town i realised that we had found civilisation! And the taxi driver pulled down into a road that lead to nowhere and then, to my amazement quickly turned up a small country lane and there it was a collection of 20 houses creating a small newly build estate. There were pale sandstone bricks, red tiled roofs and a beautiful red door.

I can live with that, not far from civilisation, houses surrounding but the worst part about it at this very moment was that there was no signal, no internet so no phone.

Mum suggested a dinner out at the local pub as a celebration of our arrival but as soon as we opened the door we were greeted by a mountain of boxes and creates filled with our junk and mostly my crap.
