What a gentleman!
I found out he was called Dominic Green and he has lived in Middle earth all his life, but on this estate for 5 years because he moved from another estate on the other side of town. He helps out on the local farm in lambing season and works in the pub behind the bar on week days.
And once he told me that we walked, he listened and nodded along to my life story until we reach my front door.
"Thanks again for walking me home"
"Next time remember to bring a map, or if you do get lost again drop me a text"
He handed me his number, i didn't even ask for it... he handed me his number! But he continued...
"Or even if you don't get lost drop me a text so i have your number too"
He turned and walked away as i stood there hand on the door handle stunned, but once he reached the end of the drive he turned winked and then carried on walking...
That was forward... He gave me his number.
I opened the door shouted up,
"I'm home, off to bed, love you"
I shut my door to a chorus of goodnights and love yous.
I put my pjs on jumped into my sleeping bag with the biggest grin on my face...
I'm such a goof ball!
