🎧Boy Singing
[Sitting in a chair by the girl's hospital bed, she's unconcious]
Hey babe, how are you?
Are you still in there, or are you gone too?
Who am I kidding, you know I don't care;
If your life wasn't dependent on here, I'd take you back there.
[Rises from the chair, and lightly touches her IV]
The doctor's come, now he muses;
He's seen your scars, he's seen you bruises.
[He touches a bruise on her shoulder]
He's thinking too much, about how they got there;
He's guessing too much, does he know I don't care?
He's seen my face, he now knows my name;
If they take me, I'll say you're to blame.
[He smirks, and draws away from her]
You should never have left that room;
There you were safe, and I could watch you.
There doors were locked, and windows were barred;
But your love was unmarred.
[He touches a hand to her heart, then draws it back suddenly. A sad and fearful expression comes over his face]
What am I doing? How could I think this was right?
What is it, that I have said tonight?
[He holds his head in both hands, as if trying to block out someone's voice]
I thought I could keep it under control;
But maybe it's better if I leave you alone.
[He turns to leave]
[She weakly catches his wrist, not even able to open her eyes. The words barely slipping past her pale lips]
(Spoken) Girl
"No. . . please stay. . ."
---------------------------------------------------------
The thing is, the boy is kind of Yandere/Tsundre. He tries to keep it under control, but he can't and he becomes super possesive. I'll explain it more in the next song. "Memories (Girl Solo)". It will take place at the same time that this song does.
