1. Make your bed to immediately make your room look more put together

2. Water first in the morning, then coffee or tea.

3. Pray or meditate, even just for ten minutes to set the tone for the day.

4. Browse the news headlines and read the articles that interest you if you've got time.

5. Wear something you feel BOMB in.

6. Listen to music whilst doing your daily activities, cooking, cleaning, commuting etc.

7. Smile at everyone.

8. Call or message someone you love.

9. Eat food that makes you feel radiant.

10. Make lists of things you need to accomplish for the day.

11. Stretch for ten minutes

12. Record in your phone the positive thoughts you have so you can remember them.

13. Always carry water with you.

14. Shut off your phone for an hour and have some me time.

15. Take a hot shower or bath at the end of a stressful day.

16. Try to make plans to spend time with someone at least once a week.

17. Think about three things you are grateful for at the end of each day.

18. Do something calming, relaxing and non electronic for half an hour before you sleep.

19. Sleep pants-less.
