I slept soundly next to him all night, his body wrapped around mine. I could feel his warm breath on my neck, his heartbeat like a lullaby against my skin. The nightmares were kept at bay by him just being here, but how long was it going to last? My mind drifted along the waves of exhaustion, having made love several times in the night. My body was deliciously sore. The kind that leaves you feeling refreshed. My breaths were calm and steady, yet I was half awake.
I felt his arms draw tighter around me so I snuggled tighter against him. He stirs slightly and gently kisses my neck, eliciting a moan from me involuntarily. I turned slightly and met his mouth with my own, small passionate kisses stolen in the middle of the night. I can feel his hand on my face, caressing my cheek as he shifts so that he is laying halfway over me. A naughty gleam in his eye glistens in the low light as he covers my small body with his own, kissing me passionately. Before I know it we are at it once again, going at it off and on until the sun rises.
I wake to the most beautiful sight I have ever seen. Her hair is a cloud around her. She is still in my arms, her face peaceful with sleep. We had been sleeping together for about a week now. We had four small missions in that time, most of them only taking a day or so. She smiles in her sleep, making me tighten my arms slightly around her in a protective gesture. I kiss her forehead gently, my heart beating faster. A frown appears on her face in her sleep, making me stoke the hair from her face protectively.
Before much longer, her eyes flutter open and find mine. The dazed and unfocused look clears quickly and she smiles up at me. "Well hi there," She whispers in a husky voice, thick with sleep. She raises her palm to cup my face and I quickly kiss the inside of her wrist. "Hi there. Give me a few minutes and I will make breakfast. I have somewhere I want to go today," I tell her as I stretch and get out of bed. She perks up in interest as she climbs out of bed, finding a change of clothes. I am unashamed to say, I intently watch her as I get dressed myself. I pad to the kitchen and make rice omelets for the both of us, throwing in some vegetables and a little pork.
She comes up behind me from the bedroom and smiles, arms going around my waist. "It smells great. So? When are you going to let me cook for you?" She asks me in a teasing voice. I smile and think. "Maybe later tonight?" I suggest as I flip the omelet onto a plate for her and hand her the plate and a utensil. She smiles and gives me a kiss on the cheek before going to the table and sitting to eat. I join her before long, smiling to myself as I see the stars light her eyes at the first bite.
"Oh my god.... your cooking is like sex for the mouth," She moans as she savors the taste. I grin and take a bite of my own food. "Is it now?" I tease her, making a blush spread across her cheeks. She quickly eats the rest of her food and places her dish in the sink. Before long, we are out the door and heading towards my destination. It was a good fifteen minute walk from where I currently live, but soon we reach the estate I grew up in. Having been left to me, it was as of right now unoccupied by anyone but the Maid who I paid to keep everything in order. I hadn't come back here since I was Minato Sensei's apprentice. With the way things were going right now, it would be better if I moved back into the estate.
