“Cassie, get your sister, grab some clothes and lets go now!” Blaze said packing some stuff. She woke up, heart pounding.
“What’s the matter?”
“I’ll explain later but right now I need you to hurry up” She looked over at the clock. It was 3 am. She ran to her sisters’ room and told her to pack. Cassie grabbed everything she could and they headed to the Garage. They hopped into Cassie’s car this time because for some reason, blaze told them to go to the opposite direction and head to the airport. Blaze gave Cassidy a gun and told her to be careful and not to get pulled over.
“Im gonna leave first. I want you to wait 5 minutes and then leave”
“But Blaze”
“Imma meet you at the airport, trust me, you’re going to meet your parents”
“Blaze, I, I love you” she said tears coming down her eyes. Blaze gave her a deep passionate kiss and then ran into his car. She did as he asked and waited. Then she pulled out of the driveway and headed to the Airport. The Tickets were for a 6 o’clock flight so the girls waited for Blaze. He never showed up. Tears were coming out of Cassie’s eyes as they took off. Jade grabbed her sisters’ hand and they were headed to California.
As soon as Cassie settled into her new home her parents explained to her everything. He father owed some guy money and how he paid it off and he told Blaze but Blaze knew about the guy following Cassie and Jade around and then they were rushed out there because the guy threatened Blaze. Tears came down Cassie’s eyes.
“Blaze is a warrior…he risked his life for our family. I hadn’t heard from him in the last 24 hours Cassie” Cassie couldn’t take it. Blaze leaving her life forever? She went upstairs to her bedroom. She cried herself to sleep and when she woke up, she was still crying.
