P.O.V Jennifer

The screech of my alarm clock woke me, making me role over on my side. I knocked the clock off the bedside table to make it stop. I opened my eyes and jumped out of bed. I picked up the alarm and read the time. The clock displayed the time of 7:03am. I stumbled over to the small CD poster of 'NSYNC'. I focused on Justin Timberlake and pecked the picture of his face.

"Today will be a good day, Justin" I whispered to the poster. Even though I tried to be positive about the upcoming day, it wouldn't be good. Everyday is a bad day at school since starting high school. Nearly half a year gone into senior year and I'm still getting laughed at. Making friends is harder than you think.

I strolled to my wardrobe and creaked open the wooden doors. Inside I found my school uniform. I threw the clothes on and made my way downstairs.

"Morning, honey" My mum greeted me as I made my way into the kitchen. I took a slice of toast that rested on the side and took a bite out of it.

"Hey! That was mine!" Ben whined, stealing the toast out of my hands. I slapped his arm in retaliation to him snatching. Ben chucked the buttered toast on his plate and ran out of the kitchen, towards the lounge.

"Ben..." Mum sighed. "Here, you can have Blaine's." Mum pushed the plate of toast towards me.

"Thanks mum, I think I'll just have a cereal bar though" I said taking a bar from the cupboard and walking back upstairs. I took a bite of my breakfast and put the bar on my dressing table. I picked up my hairbrush and began brushing my hair.

P.O.V Josh

The sound of my mum knocking on my bedroom door awoke me. I flashed my eyes open and shot up out of bed. I switched my phone on, awaiting the hundreds of messages from Alice. I put my phone back down while it loaded all of the messages.

"Josh? Are you awake?" Mum called out from behind the door.

"Yeah" I yawned. I scratched my head and dragged myself to the door and swung it open. "I'm meeting Liam so don't make me breakfast" I told mum who was just about to make her way downstairs.

"Okay. Well, you better hurry because you only have forty minutes till school starts" Mum warned me. With that I slammed the door and threw my school uniform on that was in a pile on the floor. I brushed my fingers through my hair to smarten it a little. I brushed my teeth and ran out the door.

I grabbed my skateboard that was on the grass at the front of my house. I began skateboarding when I reached the end of my street and made my way to Liam's house. Liam lives only a couple streets away from my street. It takes about 5 minutes to get to Liam by skateboard, so in no time I was at his door knocking.

"Hey man" Liam greeted me with a fist bump. "Lets go, my brothers going crazy again" Liam laughed, closing the front door behind him.

"Did you bring the superglue?" I asked. Today Liam and I are going to prank our English teacher. For the whole of 12th grade Mr.Hensley had been picking on myself and Liam for being 'rude' and 'too loud'. Yesterday he decided to send us to the principals office where we got an hour long detention every Friday for 3 weeks.

"Yup" Liam replied after checking his school bag that swung over one shoulder. "So, were going to superglue his chair and his pens to his desk?" Liam questioned.

"Yeah, and he is going to flip!" I laughed at the thought of Mr.Hensley's reaction. Liam chuckled with excitement.

"Do you think we will get expelled?" Liam wondered.
