P.O.V Jennifer

I wake up to the sound of Josh snoring in my ear. I look over at my alarm clock and notice that its 6.54am. I yawn and rub my eyes open. I grab hold of my phone and look through the messages on my phone.

Max: I just want you to know that I'm always gonna be here for you.. By the way we don't have school for the rest of the week. Your parents will probs get an email to say about whats going on. Its only me, you, Josh, Kelsey and Charlie who get it though... Liam said that him and Nick are gonna bunk. Maybe we should all go do something for a few days? Get ourselves away from this shit? I dunno. Text me when your awake x

I instantly begin typing a message to him. When I finally finish my fingers ache. It says:

Thanks, Maxy. That's good that we're off. But, we'll have to catch up on loads of work... Oh well :) Anyway, why don't we go camping? That could be fun, I guess. I'll have to check with my parents first, but to be honest the way they have been with me recently, I deserve to go. I'll give my dad a call, cos they're both at work now. I hope they let me go! x

I let a squeal leave my lips. If we go it could be the best week of my life. I can get to know my new friends, Kelsey and Charlie. Josh and Max can get to know each other. I don't know if Nick will bunk for the rest of the week, but Liam will.

All of a sudden, Josh begins to fidget in his sleep. I roll over to face him and peck his cheek as he opens his eyes slowly. He smiles widely and leans closer to me. He kisses me and pulls away to smile again.

"Good morning, beautiful" He quietly whispers before shuffling out of the bed, exposing his bare top half of his body. My insides squirm as he closes his eyes and stretches his back, pushing his strong arms towards the ceiling. "Is anyone home?" He whispers as he tilts his head to the bedroom door.

I shake my head urgently. "Only Ben and he wont mind you being here. We can move the drawers now" I laugh as I get out of bed.

We push the chest of drawers together, Josh takes most of the weight though. Once the doorway is clear, we exit the room and go downstairs. We go to the kitchen and grab an apple each.

Josh takes a bite out of the apple and chews on it loudly. "I'm guessing we don't have school then?" He says while covering his mouth with his hand.

"Yeah, we have the rest of the week off. Max text me and suggested going out somewhere for a couple of days. I said we should go camping" I smile cheerfully.

"That's a great idea. Yeah, I'm up for that... But will you be allowed to go?" He asks uncomfortably.

I twitch my lips. "That's why I've gotta ring my dad, but I should be able to. I really hope--" I begin saying before my mobile starts to vibrate.

I lift the phone to my ear. "Hello?" I answer.

"Hello, dear. I'm just calling off my work phone. So, you haven't got school for the rest of the week" My dad tells me.

"Yeah, well I actually wanted to talk to you about that... Max asked if I wanted to go camping with him. Am I allowed to go?" I ask, twisting the truth slightly. I mean it is true but I wont mention about no parents and Josh and the others going.

"I don't see anything wrong with you going. Tell your mother I have said your allowed to go, but listen to her Jen. Stop with all the arguing back and shouting please?" My dad responds.

I smile widely. "Thank you dad! I love you so much! I'll probably be gone by the time your back from work so I'll give you a call and leave a note. I love you" I say as quick as I can and then put the phone down before he can even respond.
