Chapter 41

Y/N POV

I arrive at the place and immediately find Danna and connect eyes with her. She nervously fiddles with her fingers and clear her throat."This might seem out of line or something but I'm going to be straight up, y/n I like you a lot. I understand if you want me to back off like you did with Nadine. I know you're still broken hearted and I understand if you want nothing to do with me or just a relationship in general I'm-" i cut her off by kissing her.

She immediately kisses back putting her hands on my waist pulling me closer making me wrap my arms around her neck.Things start to get heated so Danna pulls away. "I'm willing to try being with you" I smile at her.

Her eyes widen and I see a smile sneaking on her lips."wanna sleep over?" I ask"Sure, I just need to get clothes and I'll be there" She says, I just nod in response.We go our separate ways. "Lauren, Danna is coming over." I tell my mom.

"What did she tell you?""She likes me a lot and I'm willing to be with her.""You sure honey? I like Danna she's really sweet so I accept"

"Thanks mom" I hug her, we break apart when we hear a knock on the door. I see Franklin run down the steps to see who is knocking.I open the door and let Danna in. She says hi to Lauren and of course Lauren says it back.

"Danna you better take care of my daughter please I trust you" Lauren sincerely tells Danna."Of course. I'll always put her first" Danna tells Lauren.Danna and I head back up stairs, she picks up Franklin and kisses his little nose while carrying him.

Ha I'm keeping my child I'm not sharing. "Can I use the air mattress" I give Danna a wtf look. "Danna you're sleeping in my bed" I tell her making her blush.I enter the bathroom so I can change and clean my face.

I come out to see Danna already changed and in bed. I make my way next to her and turn off the lamp making it pitch black with the expectation of our phones lighting up our faces.I turn mine off setting it on the nightstand and face her.

She finally turns her phone off and also faces me. "Are we going to tell anyone about us?" Danna asks timidly."Only if you feel comfortable knowing Nicki,Becca and Lizette will sense something is up based on us coming to school together and them knowing us for very long. They can read us like a book" I answer

"So when am I allowed to kiss you again" Danna asks making me smile."Now if you'll like" I see her bite her lip and lean in.Our lips connect making me feel butterflies in my stomach.

The kiss started slow until she bit my bottom lip making me gasp giving her an opportunity to slip her tongue which of course she does. The action makes me lightly moan, I feel Danna smiling breaking the kiss or make out session we just had.

We end up not cuddling tonight based on Franklin being stubborn and sleeping in the middle of the bed.Danna felt too bad at the though of moving him so we just let him be. I was actually looking forward for tomorrow, I think I'm finally slightly happy now.

IN THE MORNING

A buzzing noise wakes me up I look to see if it's my phone but it's Danna. "Danna turn that shit off" I groan making her lazily reach for her phone and turn it off I look down to see Franklin still peacefully sleeping.

I get up cracking all my bones and head to the bathroom to freshen up and Danna does the same. We both change into our clothes and head downstairs.

We eat breakfast with Lauren and she drives us to school."Have a good day guys. Y/N i think I'm picking you up after practice or Kehlani will. Love you" Lauren tells me"Okay mom. Love you too" I close the door and walk along side with Danna.

We head to the place where the whole team meets up and hang out whenever we have free time. "Well look at that they finally fucked" Lizette says amused."We didn't fuck" Danna rolls her eyes."So y'all a thing?" Nicki asks"As of last night yes" I reply hugging Nicki.

"Don't tell the rest of the team yet. Only you guys know" Danna points at Becca,Nicki and Lizette. They all nod.The rest of the team finally arrives and everyone just talks about anything. Danna rests her hand on my thigh making me smile.

I see Becca smirk at the movement."Awww look at JV finding out about this place and distancing themselves" Izzy jokes."Hey don't be mean to them, they might be sensitive." Maria jokes as well.

"Don't be assholes please they're apart of our team as well they might not be at our level but at least respect them as individuals" I say making everyone shut up. The bell rings signaling we have five minutes to get to class. We all say our byes and head to class.

TIME SKIP PRACTICE

NADINE'S POVI was heading to the locker room a bit early because my teacher let us out early. I hear noises and look around the corner to see Y/N and Danna making out.

Holy shit wait Danna and Y/n are a thing?!?I pull out my phone and Snapchat this so I can send it to Mallory. I head back outside to wait for the bell to enter again. My phone vibrates and I see that Mallory replied to it.

Mallory: They're a thing now?!? What the fuck why is Danna kissing my girl

Nadine: sweety she isn't your girl anymore you done fucked up

Mallory: oh shut up like you didn't cheat on her as well

Nadine: at least I apologized unlike you, so don't get mad that y/n is actually moving on from your two time cheating ass.

Mallory: I know I fucked up bad I just don't know what to do.

Nadine: I'm not the best person to ask

Mallory: right

Y/N POV

The bell rings making us immediately pull apart catching our breath. She gives me one more kiss and starts opening her locker to change and I do the same. "Hey horny bitches" Nicki enters the locker room walking to her locker which is next to mine.

"Ladies we're playing in the gym today based on the heat" I hear Isabelle announce making all of us groan."I don't believe you guys are actually a thing. I dare you guys to kiss" Lizette chuckles rubbing her hands together."What is this? 3rd grade?" Becca asks

"Shush it" Lizette puts her hand up. I turn to Danna and give her a quick peck making our friends smile."Anyways are you guys wearing your vans cause we can't wear cleats inside the gym" Danna asks, we all say yes because we didn't bring running shoes.

We all head to the gym to start practice. Coach mixed everyone up and picked who goes on what team. Lizette and Becca were the only one separated from Nicki, Danna and I.We were playing 5 minute games and our team has yet to go against Lizette and Becca's team.

"Alright switch. Oh wow I put the best friends against each other this has to be good" Coach laughs.Becca becomes goalie because no one else wanted to be while Lizette is playing forward. Nicki and I of course play up front with Danna stays in mid. The whistle blows and we start the game.

I see Lizette with the ball and I quickly attack her, she slams her hip into mine making me push her back a bit. "Lizette you're so bony what the hell dude" I say after I pass the ball."Deal with it" she repliesI see Nicki run up the gym with the ball and she looks straight at me.

She crosses it to Danna and she passes it to me. I kick the call hard purposely aiming at Becca so she can move which works. We're up one goal.The other team quickly ties it. "One minute" Coach announces making the intensity go up.

I received the ball and make my way to the goal. I see Lizette coming at me but doesn't stop making both of us collide hard.Lots of oooo's and ahhh's are heard around the gym. "Baby are you okay?" I hear Danna's voice say while patting my cheek lightly. "I'm fine" I smile at the name she called me.

I get up and see Lizette slightly laughing, we both hug to make sure we're still cool with each other. Practice ended with the result of a tie. I give Danna is short kiss goodbye while I give Becca and Lizette and hug.

Kehlani came to pick Nicki and I up."I could of heard that collision a mile away" I see Nicki telling Kehlani about what happened causing Kehlani to laugh."It's not funny I think I'm going to have a lot of bruises tomorrow" I say pouting."Oh suck It up, you've gotten worse" Nicki replies
