"The deep one goes, the high one soars,
    Closer come the Soaring Depths."

“Where is he ?”, while looking into the mirror he asked the man standing beside him, with a towel in his hand.
“No word my Lord.” He said in a stammering voice.
“No word!”, Surprisingly he murmured to himself, then collecting all his patience, gestured to the man for the towel.
With eyes on the floor and shaking hands, he gave the towel to the Lord. Taking it, and clearing his hands, he turned back from the mirror; he was having a solid dusky face, brown shade of eyes, dense moustache and beard, long neck and a well built structure. For a while he stared at the man, with eyes full of blood, one could easily notice the thunder like red tracks in the eyes. He stepped towards the man and whispered in his ear “I suppose you love being loyal as much as you love your tiny little head; you understand what I mean, don’t you ?”
The man affected by terror replied in a meek voice, “More than my head my lord!”
Coming back to his place the Lord said in a joyous voice “Fine! Then find me my general, right away.”
Saying “My lord!” he bent his neck and went out of his sight.
As soon as the man went out of the room, the Lord started thinking in his brain, about the incidences which occurred in the last days. Suddenly a voice came from his back, “My Lord, you asked for your servant”, the voice was calm and cold and light, that of a beautiful girl. He gazed to the master of the voice in the mirror and saw an average heighted structure, fair in colour with big round eyes, long straight hair, dense eyelashes, skinny cheeks with all the redness of the evening horizon and with a smile on those wide lips, suggestive of one’s sure wits, staring at his back. He smiled a bit and said “out of everybody, you don’t have to address me with that Kaitlyn.”
“It’s better to revere the one who deserves, than to have your skull hung on a tunnel wall”, she sneered towards the Lord.
“Tunnel wall! That’s what you address the vertical extents of the city, the depths of your own existence ?” he asked her while turning around.
“It’s not what I address, it’s what it is. No matter if we are the whales or the sharks of the water, the water will always remain water.” She answered standing still and looking into his eyes.
Coming in front of her, and looking down into her eyes he said, “These Depths have embraced us, they have provided us existence, without them we are like a night without the moon.”
“No word of Chester! I don’t know what has happened, it’s like we don’t have any of his track, he just vanished somewhere.” She changed the matter of conversation.
“What! But…..” he replied in surprise.
“She is not aware of herself, it’s not possible for her, there must be something or someone else in this.” She said while thinking something in her mind, it was easy to catch her while thinking, she always used to shut her eyes half way in such a state.
With a mild smile he said “Soaring Depths, these are; the more we get deep the more high we settle. Ask the Guardsmen to soar up on ground and find his trace.”
“There is one more thing for you, my Lord…..”
He interrupted her in between “I know about that!”
“Have you got the invitation?” she asked.
“Yes! I did”, he answered with lines on his forehead.
“Then ?” she asked with surprise.
“We’ll be going, let her know about the best man in the town, besides they know that without Johnathan they are nothing” he sneered towards her.
“Johnathan! And where’s he if he is not there ?” She asked with her contemplating eyes.
“He’s with the girl!” he further added “I hope Chester didn’t encounter him.”
“And I think Johnathan has already become the reason for Chester's mystery.” She said with wide open eyes.
