Adam's POV:

Today is the day.

Who would have imagined that we would end up moving to Minnesota of all places. It was January fifth when I woke up to Tommy packing his clothing noisily and clattering around in the kitchen.

At five in the morning.

"Tommy, what the hell are you doing up so early?" I groaned, rubbing one of my eyes, then covering my face with the blankets.

"We're moving today aren't we? I need to get all my stuff packed up! I have too much clothes and not enough bags, Adam. This is a crisis!" Tommy shouted, continuing to run around and shove things in bags.

I laughed and finally tossed the blankets off, opening myself to the cold air in the room. I walked into the bathroom with a new set of clothes and hopped into the shower, savoring the warm water that I would probably not miss after today. I was moving into my own house, well, our house. We would finally have our own bedroom, our own kitchen, our own bathroom... I was definetly not going to miss the hotel jumping.

At around nine thirty that morning, both of us were packed and had picked up unecessary trash around the room. I looked out our window one last time, trying to carve this place into my brain. Maybe I would miss it a bit, but it was a good memory that I'll charish for a long time. I closed the blinds, grabbed my bags, and exited the room for the very last time, then headed to our new house.

Tommy's POV:

I couldn't believe this was actually happening. Who would imagine getting a freaking house for Christmas? Even though it was also Adam's present to himself, I was beyond happy with it. Somewhat-sadly, we said goodbye to our hotel room, then jumped into the car to drive to our new house! I was shaking with excitement and constantly thanked Adam for it.

The car ride was only about fifteen minutes until we turned down a driveway to a large, two story house. Adam parked the car and slowly turned off the engine, but did not get out of the vehicle. Both of us stared up at the house in awe of it's beauty. The siding was light brown, with a darker brown roof, there was a small porch, a garage, and large windows showing slightly into the living room. The door had a sign on it that said "Merry Christmas!" and was obviously handmade by Adam. Both of us finally got out of the car and, once again, grabbed our luggage.

The door opened.

Oh. My. God.

It was almost bigger on the inside! Directly in front of the door was the stairs leading to the basement, and as far as I could see down there, it was gorgeous. But that was for later; I looked up and gazed around. The living room was connected to the dining room, and had two brown leather chairs with a long couch to match. There was a stone fireplace and a glass coffee table, plus a flatscreen television mounted just above the fireplace. The floors were a mocha color, with slightly lighter walls, plus there were beautiful paintings everywhere to coordinate with the room. It was absolutely perfect.

I removed my shoes and started walking around the house, when I came to the dining room. There was a round 4-person table made of dark wood that was incredibly smooth. There was a bouquet of flowers on top of the table plus a small envolope, which I picked up to open. On the card inside was a Christmas tree with presents underneath it.

Dear Tommy,

I must say, the past few months have been beyond amazing. I've had so much fun getting to know you and I am proud to be called yours. I hope you like the house; I worked really hard on furnishing it just right.
