Niall and I arrived at the hotel and we settled in. Somehow the fans figured out where we were so I couldn't go get a bucket of ice without being ask questions or taking a picture with a fan. I have adapted to always being watched by paparazzi. It's an art really, to pretend to be happy all the time or else the tabloids will make up some stupid, fake story about how I'm not happy with Niall.

"You okay?" He asked.

"When am I ever okay." He sat down next me on the couch and wrapped his arm around my shoulder. Then pulled my in for a kiss on my forehead.

"Just, a little jet lag."

"That's a lie." He responded.

"I'm still nervous."

"You'll be fine. He invited you for a reason."

"You're right." I stood up and held my hand out.

"Come on, we have to unpack." He groaned and grabbed it. I helped him up. He winced in pain.

"Are you alright?"

"Yeah, my knee has just been having trouble recovering." Niall and I began unpacking. My phone began ringing.

"Who is it?"

"Hunter."

"Answer it." He encouraged and folded his arms. I quickly tapped the answer button.

"Hello?"

"Autumn?"

"Yeah."

"Thank god! How are you?"

"Fine. How are you?"

"I'm great. Hey, I was calling to ask if you wanted to stay at my place this week, I wouldn't want you spending money on a hotel when you can just stay here."

"Actually, I'm already in a hotel, I'm good on cash."

"Come on, it would be fun for you to stay here, and I know you've been having trouble with money, not trying to be mean."

"I'm fine now, I have a boyfriend who takes great care of me." I looked over at Niall who was smiling.

"What is a celebrity or something?" He was being sarcastic.

"Yes. He. Is. A matter of fact." He stayed quiet on the other line.

"Really? Who?"

"Niall Horan."

"From that band?"

"Yes."

"That's cool." There was an awkward silence before he broke it.

"My fiancé wants you here too."

"Do you really want us there that bad?"

"Yeah..."

"Hold on a sec." I held the phone to my chest.

"Do you wanna stay over th-"

"Yes." Niall interrupted.

"What? Why?"

"Because you guys need to get back in touch." I rolled my eyes and went back on the phone.

"Niall and I will stay with you guys."

"Alright! Makayla and I will be over in a little bit." I hung up and texted him the hotel information.

"I'm proud of you." Niall engulfed me in his arms.

"Get your sweaty ass body off me." I laughed.

"Do I really smell?" He let go and brought a part of his shirt up to his nose.

"Yeah, go take a shower I don't want Hunter to get the wrong impression." Niall went to the shower and I began to repack all of our stuff again.

I heard three knocks on our door and Niall answered it (after his shower. Fully clothed.).

"Hello!" Niall said and let them in.

"Hi Niall I'm Hunter, nice to meet you." He shook Niall's hand.

"I'm Makayla." She shook his hand as well.

"Nice to meet both of you." Niall responded.

"Hi." I hugged Hunter.

"Hi I'm Makayla." She hugged me.

"You're so pretty." She said after we let go.

"Thank you but I wish I were as pretty as you. Good job Hunter." I gave him a thumbs up.

Niall

The girls began chatting and Hunter pulled me over.

"I hope you're taking good care of my sister. She's had a rocky past."

"I know about everything. She's perfectly fine. I would never do anything to harm her."

"I just want you to know that our dad doesn't have a very good relationship with us. After my mom got fired from her job, he left, and then Autumn left. And it was me and her."

"I didn't know that." I said.

"I'm just glad she's safe and healthy with you."

"She's safe, but not one hundred percent healthy."

"What'd you mean?" He folded his arms.

"She had leukemia. But-but it's gone now, she's still recovering. Just know it could come back."

"Seriously? She never told me!" I shrugged.

"Don't bring it up." I said.

"Oh no of course not. Thank you for telling me Niall. I just wanted to make sure that she's okay when you're not around. Like, touring, I want to make sure someone is always watching her, especially if she has cancer."

"The the last tour, she was in chemo therapy and I couldn't be there. But it'll be different this time."

"Why?"

"I'm asking her to come on tour. And then I'm asking her to move in with me."

Autumn

We got to Hunter's house and Niall and I settled in the guest bed.

"Is it okay if we do separate rooms?" Hunter asked.

"Hunter." I mumbled.

"It's fine. We haven't... We won't... Yeah." Niall said.

"I'd feel better if-" I cleared my throat.

"Fine. The spare room is at the end of the hall." We carried our suitcases into the room and I flopped onto the bed. Niall flopped beside me. Our arms spread out.

"I am so...tired." He yawned.

"Me," I yawned,"too."

"Are you hungry?" I turned on my side and asked.

"I'm always hungry." He yawned again.

"But we can skip tonight." He wrapped his arm around me and pulled me closer with his response.

"Good night beautiful."

"Good night darling."
