"She's mine, Ray!" I overheard yelling coming from the Cargo Bay.
Being the curious person I am, I went to investigate. I saw Ray and Nate arguing and punching each other. I stayed hidden out of sight and just listened.
"How is she yours, Nate? She's been sleeping and hanging out with me, not you!" Ray said.
"She's only sleeping with you because she feels bad that I'm better." Nate said.
"If that's true, why is she pregnant with my baby?" Ray asked. Who were they talking about?
"She can't be pregnant with your baby. She hasn't ever slept with you! If anything, that baby will be mine." Nate said.
"Guys, stop fighting over her." I recognized the voice as Sara. She was sitting on a box, out of my view, and just came into view to stop the boys.
"Yeah Ray, stop thinking she actually cares about you." Nate said.
"She does care about me! She's doesn't care about you, though. Why would she?" Ray asked. "If she found out what you've done, she'll kill you."
"What exactly have I done, Raymond?" Nate asked.
"Almost killed me." Ray stated. I must've missed the physical fight.
"Ray, Nate, shut up. She cares about both of you, equally. She cares about me more, though." Sara said.
"You like her too?" The boys exclaimed at the same time.
"Yes, and she's most likely to date me more than any of you." Sara said.
"Is that so?" Nate asked.
"Yep." Sara replied.
"Well, let's see about that then. Whoever she says yes to for dating, will win." Ray said. "Agreed?"
"Agreed." The others said.
They counted down, as I quickly legged it. I didn't want them knowing I was overhearing their conversation. I knew I'd get killed if they know. I don't feel like fighting an Assassin, a man made of steel and a guy with a suit powered by Dwarf Star Alloy.
"Demi!" They all yelled, running into my room. "Do you want to go out with me?"
Wait? They were talking about me? How?
"Um... I'm not a lesbian or bisexual, so no to Sara. A nerdy scientist... Not my type. Sorry Ray." I said. "A man made of steel, however. My knight in shining armour... Mm, maybe."
I then stood up, kissed Nate on the cheek and walked off to the Bridge. I entered the Bridge and saw the rest of the team sitting down. The JSA, Justice Society of America, were there also. I walked over to Henry, Nate's grandfather.
"Hi Henry." I greeted the superhero.
"Hello Demi, what's going on?" Henry asked.
"I need a favour, but it's weird." I said.
"I'm listening." He said.
"Nate, Ray and Sara are all fighting over me. I heard them talking about it in the Cargo Bay and they just came to see me and they all asked me out." I explained. "Can we make it look like we're dating as neither of us have a destiny and it wouldn't change anything?"
"Of course, but what do you suggest we do? Heywood's never give up on what they want." Henry said.
"Why don't you two kiss?" Stargirl suggested. "They'll surely back off after that."
"Good idea, Stargirl. What do you think?" Henry asked. I nodded, so the plan was ready.

About 5 minutes later, we heard footsteps coming from the corridor of the ship. It must've been Sara and the boys as everyone else was in here. Henry and I looked at each other and began talking about random stuff. Ray walked in first, and sat down on one of the chairs, facing Henry and I, and Jax and Stein playing poker.
"What do you say we take our conversation elsewhere tonight?" Henry said in a seductive voice. I clearly knew he was joking, so I played along.
"Sounds like a plan... My quarters at 10pm." I said.
"I've got to help Stargirl, so I'll see you then." He replied before kissing me passionately on the lips. It lasted for a couple minutes. I completely forgot we were actually still in the Waverider. He was such a good kisser... What am I thinking? Snap out of it!
"I'll see you tonight." I kissed his cheek as he walked off.
"What the hell?!" Sara, Ray and Nate all yelled at the same time. At least I knew the first part of the plan worked.
"What's wrong with you three?" I asked, obviously already knowing the answer.
"You two are dating!" Sara said.
"So?" I asked.
"You said you liked a man in steel! That's me!" Nate said.
"Henry is also a knight in shining armour. He's my boyfriend, you got a problem?" I asked.
"Yes! You're supposed to be dating me!" They all yelled in unison.
"Guys! Calm down before you literally explode! It's just a joke! We're not really dating, it was just to stop you fighting over me." I said. "It didn't really work, though."
"So... You're free?" Ray asked.
"Yes." I replied. "But I'm not dating any of you."
Everyone on the ship found it funny, besides Ray, Nate and Sara.
