Chapter 5

I arrived at Asami's house.... let me rephrase that...... I arrived at Asami's MANSION and stared at it in awe. Man, rich people.

I walked up to the door and knocked. I heard someone running and then the door swung open. It was Korra.

"Hey," I said.

She was staring at me, more specifically my neck.

"What?" I said confused.

"Where did you get the hickey? And Mako is your boyfriend? I thought you said you were gay! Didn't you break up with Bolin BECAUSE you are gay?" She started ranting and was talking very quickly but I understood everything.

"Where do you think I got the hickey! Mako IS my boyfriend. I even thought I was gay but it was all a phase. Yes, I did break up with Bolin because I WAS gay." I said answering every question she threw at me.

She pulled me inside and started dragging me around the house. "Asami! Sapphire is here!!" She yelled. 

We arrived at a kitchen, she picked me up, causing to me to yelp, and she placed me on the island. 

I looked at her confused. 

She leaned back against the counter and crossed her arms over chest.

I heard someone come in and I saw it was Asami, "Hey, Sapphire..." She looked at my neck.

'Is it really that bad?!?! I haven't even seen it!' I thought mentally screaming.

"Who gave you the hickey?!?" She looked surprised.

"Mako," I said showing no emotion.

Asami shook her head, "I know Mako doesn't give hickeys like those. Trust me I know. Now, who gave you the hickey."

I looked at her..... she saw right through my lie?!?!??!?!? "It was Mako. Korra saw me off with him."

She shook her head again. She wasn't buying one bit, not even giving it a second thought. 'How bad did this random guy do!?!?' I was mentally screaming. I didn't know what to say. The next thing I know Yapa came in and started smelling me..... shit. She started growling. Korra and Asami gave me look saying, "you need to explain everything"

I shrugged. My phone buzzed, it was Mako.

Mako: Meet me at the bar someone wants to hook up.

I groaned and headed towards the door, "I have to go to work,  see you later. Love you Yapa." I said waving and ran out the door.

Sapphire: Fine but I need to change and I need a ride.

I. Hate. My. Life. Much. More. Now. I was at Asami's and they wouldn't shut up about the hickey. At least they can't see the rest of me. Mako hooked me up with a guy, but that guy had a friend that had a girl that he hooked up with........ let's just say having more than one person during sex is terrifying. But I guess it was worth it, the other girl was being forced as well. After the "event" we got coffee and actually became friends. Turns out she is "owned" by Mako so basically means she was gay. She was so confident and open about it, it was actually pretty brave. Her name is Alexandra. She is a meifwa, well that's what I got from the "event." I didn't really ask her.

I was interrupted from my thoughts when Asami shook me, "Sapphire! Are you okay? I've been calling your name!"

I looked at her "U-um sorry I'm just tired from work that is all."

Korra and Asami looked at with worried eyes.

"UUUGGGHHH MIND YOUR OWN FUCKING BUSINESS!!!!" I started yelling from frustration and I was getting too overwhelmed that my anxiety started building up, "I'm going to another friends house, Yapa lets go." I said walking out the door after Yapa and slamming the door. I started running from the house. I stopped when I reached the city.

My phone buzzed causing me to jump. I looked at the caller ID but it was UNKNOWN

UNKNOWN: Hello

Sapphire: Umm who are you?

UNKNOWN: We fucked with two other guys yesterday

Sapphire: Hey Alexandra

Alexandra: Hey Sapphire

Sapphire: Ummm I kind of need a place to stay

Alexandra: ?

Sapphire: It's a long story.....

Alexandra: You can stay at my place if you want

Sapphire: Great! Oh wait ummm

I looked at Yapa "No biting, she might smell like random men annnd she is a meifwa."

Yapa whimpered. "I said no if you bite her you will sleep outside."

Alexandra: What is there a problem? Are you okay?

Sapphire: I have a huge fluffy dog..... will you be okay with her being there?

Alexandra: Um..... does she bite?

Sapphire: I literally just gave her a lecture not to bite you. If she does she has to sleep outside

Alexandra: Then yeah I guess its okay.

Sapphire: Okay I'll be there in a bit

I arrived at my apartment complex and ran inside. I looked at the woman and smiled, she smiled back. 'Good my mom isn't home.'

I ran to my room and opened the door. I grabbed a duffle bag and started putting clothes, chargers, my electronics and things I would need for the rest of the month. My mom would be back after the month, right on the first of next month.

After I was done I ran out the door and down the stairs. I smiled at the woman at the desk and told Yapa to follow. I got out my phone and asked where Alexandra lived, she said she would just pick me up at the complex I'm at since its pretty far.

We arrived at Alexandra's house and gladly it wasn't a mansion. It was actually a cottage by a lake and forest.

"Wow you have a nice place," I said taking in the view.

She giggled, "Thanks. It's my parent's place but they are on a trip for a couple of months."

I nodded understanding.

"Wait if you have an apartment, why don't you stay there?"  She said tilting her head.

'Cute' I thought. "Umm, well I honestly don't want to be home when my mom gets home so I'm basically running away. Even though she is on a trip so I have to return at the end of the month."

She looked at me like she was processing what I said. "Is she abusive?"

I looked at her confused. How did she figure that out?

"During the "event" I saw you had bruises all over you." She said walking closer to me. "And you are a werewolf right?"

I nodded "And you're a meifwa right?"

She looked at me in surprise

"That is how you saw my bruises in that dark room," I said putting everything together.

She nodded "But I was right about your mother."

I nodded "She hates me being gay and a werewolf so.... and I have bruises from school because I'm the omega."

She nodded understanding, "Well let go inside and-" she was interrupted by both of our phone buzzing.

We both looked at our phones. It was Mako.
