Logan
Ayla begins talking to break the awkward silence, "I should head back, gotta lot of work to do!" That's not what I wanted to hear.

"What about your bedroom?" I ask seeing if she'll stay, or if I can get an explanation out of her.

"I'll do it another day," she says avoiding eye contact, "See you later," she turns around.

"Wait let me walk you back!" I stop her by jumping in front of her.

"Logan I'm fine, you really don't have to-" she starts before I cut her off.

"I-I want to," I add. I can't let Ayla slip away because of one awkward encounter. I need her.

"Logan really-" I cut her off again. There is no way she can talk me out of walking her to her apartment.

"Ayla I want to-" I start to say, but she's getting annoyed. I get that she doesn't want anything to happen, and I won't let it.

"No Logan, I said no," she takes a deep breath and attempts to calm herself down, "You need vlog content anyway. Use the snap locater and find Mark or someone."

"B-but," I start before she narrows her eyes at me, "never mind," I mumble and step out of her way.

"Bye Logie!" She says and disappears into the crowd of people.

Ayla
I want to stay, but I can't risk kissing him. I told him it was too soon, and I stick to what I say.

Logan
Later that night
I text Ayla.

Logan: yo! what's up? i'm bored and in need of vlog content you should come over!
Ayla: Sure be there in a few!

"HEYLA!" I scream as Ayla cracks open my apartment door.

"Logan... do you have a plate?" She asks through the door.

"No," I total do, "Why would you think that?" I ask her.

"Hmm, I wonder why... oh maybe cause you always throw plates at me." I laugh.

"Well I don't this time, so you can come inside." I say as she nudges the door open a little more. I hold my hands out in front of me and shrug my shoulders. Then in the blink of an eye I reach behind me and grab a plate and throw it at the ground. Right before the impact Ayla closes the door.

"Logan, really?!" She screams threw the door. I laugh as she opens it again and glares at me.

"You get that Brendan?" I turn and ask him. He filmed the entire thing.

"Yup! I got it all!" He says. I'm not done with annoying Ayla yet. I have a merch gun to my left out of Ayla's view.

"Good! Be sure to get this!" I yell as I grab the merch gun and shoot a Layla shirt at her. To my surprise, she catches it.

"Whoa!" She yells and starts to laugh. I run over to her, being very careful not to step on the broken plate, and pick her up.

"Look who's back!" I yell to the camera.

"Set me downnn!" Ayla commands me stretching the n as I carry her over to the shag carpet.

"Not until you fight Evan!" I tell her. If you weren't aware, I've been trying to get Evan and Ayla to fight for a while.

"I refuse to fight Evan!" She yells as she slaps me with the Layla shirt.

"Ow! Ow! Okay I'm setting you down." I chuckle. Brendan turns off the camera.

"Hey Logan, do you mind if I head out? My sister is in town and she wants to meet up," Brendan asks me while setting the camera down on the table.

"No, I don't mind at all, I'll just selfie close out the vlog later," I tell him as he grabs his coat and heads out the door. Now it's just me and Ayla... awkward.

"Wanna watch a movie?" I ask her. Her face lights up.

"Of course I wanna watch a movie!" She screams, "Anything new out in the last year?" She giggles.

"Yeah, you missed a LOT!" I yell back at her.

We're in the middle of the movie now. Ayla's been begging me to go make her some popcorn.

"Please Logan, Please!" She begs with puppy dog eyes. She's so cute when she does that.

I poke her nose. "Nope! Looking cute isn't gonna work!" Ayla frowns.

"B... B-but-" she starts complaining.

"Fine," I give in, "but you have to help me!"

"That defeats the purpose!" Ayla starts again.

"Do you want me to burn down the building?" I chuckle. She rolls her eyes and then stands up grabbing my hands while doing so.

"Good point," she laughs and pulls me up from the couch. She then swaps hands, so her right is holding my right, and drags me over to the kitchen.

"Where's your popcorn?" She asks after a couple minutes of searching.

"On the top shelf," I smile.

"So you just let me look in these cabinets for 3 minutes knowing that I'll never find what I'm looking for?" There's a glint of disbelief in her eyes.

"Yup!" I replied still smiling. It was pretty funny to watch. Ayla climbs on the counter and reaches for the popcorn, within the blink of an eye she slips and starts falling.

"Ayla!" I yell as I reach out my arms in attempts to catch her. My attempt was successful.

Ayla
I feel soft arms engulf me. Thank God. Logan must've caught me. "Oops... I fell," I say making Logan smile and shake his head.

"What's up with you getting hurt lately?" He asks and sets me down, our eye contact still intact.

"I don't know, it's a real relationship ruiner too," I giggle. Logan looses all the pigment in his face.

"To soon?" I ask still giggling. I'm starting to feel bad.

"Way to soon," He adds as some of the life returns to his, "especially for you," he smirks.

"Why would you say that?" I ask. I'm actually confused on what he means.

"You, Ayla, are not over me!"

"Pretty sure I am," I smirk. That's what he knows, and all he needs to know.

"Nope! You're not!" He says with a lot of confidence in his voice.

"Oh yeah? Prove it!" I dare him. There is no way he can prove I still have feelings for him.

Suddenly, his lips are on mine. I guess he can.
