Feelings

I knew he wasn't okay since these past two days he came here.  It's been hard for the both of us. We couldn't finish talking that night because Beth was around and the things he wanted to say or did say were private. He's been having problems with his family and he's sick. Sick as in a bad way. He stayed the night over. He slept on the sofa. I attended to him before I went to bed. Beth slept in the guess room once again, she didn't speak much that night like she said or did something wrong. I twisted and turned all night after hearing his problems. The person that I know is my soulmate is sick and might never know how I truly feel about him. After thinking too much I eventually fell asleep. The weekend was over and now it was Monday. Before I could go or do anything I needed to talk to Luis. He was the only person I wanted to help right now. The house was quiet. I had just woke up. I turned to the left side of my bed and he was right there. I almost screamed but I didn't want to wake him up. Instead I got up and checked on Lila and Beth. Beth was still asleep and so was Lila so I just found something to do like laundry and cleaning the house up. Like about 30 minutes later Luis woke up. He came downstairs where I was cleaning which was the kitchen. I had already started making breakfast for all of us too.
"I hope you didn't mind me sleeping next to you, I just wanted to feel alright and that's how I feel when I'm around you." Luis said taking a sit at the table.
" Of course I don't mind, I'm glad you feel that way around me." I replied back.
" There are so many ways I feel when I'm around you, have you noticed?" he asked.
" Oh really? I never noticed." I replied back holding back some words.
" Oh okay, one day you'll see just wait." he said.
"I'll wait as long as I have to." I stated while setting a plate of food for him on the table. He looked comforted. I've never seen him like this before. It was something kind of new. Beth came running down the stairs and startled both Luis and I.
" Guys I can't stay today I've got work Monday through Friday so I'll see you guys tonight, Goodbye." she said eating some of her breakfast, taking a sip of juice and hugging me. She then grabbed her purse off the living rooms table and walked out the door. Luis and I laughed. Beth's always on a rush when it comes to work, she does have a good job though. Luis and I finished eating and I washed up the dishes. We sat on the couch to talk a bit more. He thinks they might have mistaken the test, he took a test to see if he has sick. They said he had Kidney stones and if it gets worst he'd have to go through surgery but he could loose a lot of blood too in that case. Apart from that, he's been having issues with his parents back in New York. They want him to go back to New York and marry one of their oldest friends daughter. In my opinion they are planning out his life for him and he's already a grown man. He wanted to get his mind off of it for now so we watched Netflix. He made me pick a movie and I chose Me before you. I love romance. I put some popcorn to pop in microwave before we started watching the movie. I turned on the AC, off the lights and brought down the curtains a bit. I then got the popcorn from the microwave and sat on the couch. I enjoyed watching the movie I don't know about him. He looked confused about the whole thing. It was his turn to pick a movie and he chose a scary one. IT chapter 1. I screamed, cried and jumped every moment of that movie. It was kind of funny too. Luis just kept looking at me as though as I was some kind of Drama Queen. I guess he might have stopped thinking about his problems, but I haven't. I felt like his problems were mine too. I just felt this strong feeling for him. Knowing I could be myself around him is something special to me. The afternoon went by with us watching movies and ordering Chinese food. It was awesome having him around. It always is.
