Chapter 11 - Change My Mind

Well I'm happy that you all liked the ending of the last chapter, yeah it finally happened. When Cameron's lips pressed to mine it just felt like fireworks were going off. I got those nervous butterflies in my stomach and after a moment or two he broke the kiss. I opened my eyes slowly, looking up at Cameron who was smiling softly down at me. I was just a bit in shock about what the hell just happened, I didn't even know what to say so I just stayed close to him.

"You honestly don't know how long I've wanted to do that for." He admits his hands now around my waist.

I continued to stay awkwardly silent, I have feelings for Cam and everything but is everything going too fast? I just don't want to get hurt again. I know that he won't hurt me but how can I be sure? Luke was nice and everything when I first met him and now look at him he's a cheating asshole. How do I know that Cameron won't do the same?

"I'm sorry did I do something?" Cameron asks.

"Uhh no you didn't do anything, I'm just speechless honestly." I mumble. 

"Maybe I should be getting home.." He says awkwardly. 

"No please don't leave Cameron." I take his hand quickly. "I'm sorry for making it awkward, I'm just an awkward person.." I frown, looking down at the ground between our two figures. 

"You aren't awkward. I'm the one making this awkward, ever since I kissed you it's been awkward. I shouldn't have kissed you." He argues, I let his hand go just feeling my heartbreak a little bit inside.

"I wanted you to kiss me, I have ever since I met you even when I was with Luke I did." I admit in shame. 

"Wait what? You wanted to kiss me too?" He asks. "I mean I wanted to kiss you, not that I wanted to kiss me too or anything." He chuckles nervously, playing with his fingers.

"Just shut up Cameron." I chuckle, moving closer to him I stand on my tippy toes just giving him a kiss on the cheek making him turn red in the cheeks after a moment it turned into his entire face which was adorable as all hell. He stayed silent and sort of just stared at me while we was blushing. "Cameron can you skip school with me tomorrow please?" I pout.

"I've never really skipped school Jordy.." He informs me of.

"Please for me, you can come to my house since both of my parents have work. I'll even pick you up Cameron. I promise you won't get in trouble. I'll take all the blame if you do." I insist.

"No I can't let you take all the blame Jordy." He fusses. 

"So does that mean that you are gonna hangout with me tomorrow?" I question him.

"Fine." He breathes. "I'll call you when my parents leave for work so you can come pick me up okay?" He asks.

"Yeah totally fine, I'll pick you up then. I'm gonna head home before my parents notice that I'm gone or anything." I say, hugging him quickly before pulling away. 

"See you tomorrow." He says after hugging me back he starts walking to his car. I'm heading towards mine quickly. 

"Text me when you get home so that I know you got home safe." I call before getting into my car. I wait just making sure that he gets into his and let him go first. He heads home before I head back to my house in silence.

The car ride back to my house many things were just going through my mind. Mostly just the kiss was going through my mind. I've never wanted to kiss someone so badly until I finally got to know Cameron. Maybe after all the mistakes I've made I'm finally being rewarded with the right guy. He's the guy I've been dreaming about since I was a little girl.

Hopefully he's all that I've been looking for but I'm still in love with Luke. How is that even possible? He wanted me back from when he cheated on me, I can't and won't trust him again. He just takes advantage of me wanting to bring me down but once making it all better like he always does. It's the game he plays he leads me on then just pushes me away and becomes a total asshole like everyone else.

I'm snapped out of my thoughts when I run a stop sign and a car comes out running into the front of my car on the passenger side. I didn't even know what to do until both cars stop and my heart is racing. I'm just happy that I'm not hurt or anything but what about the other person, what if they are hurt? My parents are gonna find out about this and I'm screwed. That's when my phone vibrates, the screen of my phone lighting up showing a text message from Cameron saying...

'I got home safely text me when you get home.'

A/N:

So I hope that you guys liked this chapter I didn't want it to be like those dumbass fanfics where they get in a car crash and go into a coma and dumb shit like that. She just got a dent not a big deal really but next chapter when her parents find out it'll be more dramatic which will be just lovely. Okay so for me to update again it's gonna be 15 comments and 15 votes so then I don't have to update right away you guys know that I'm a lazy fuck when it comes to writing. Don't comment the same thing 15 times either that happened last time and it was really annoying.
