* Third Person POV *

Emily closed her eyes as Mark ran his hand across her breast making her nipple hard. Emily bit down on her lip as he moved farther down. He looked up at her as he put her leg on his shoulder. Emily gasped grabbing the sheets. His tongue teased her sex driving her crazy.

She headed to the kitchen but sensed someone was in the house what was strange was that she knew the scent of the person. She turned around fast only to hit her head on Mark's chest. 

"Go to the room." Mark said. 

The seriousness in his voice told Emily he wasn't joking. She ran to the room shutting and locking the door. Emily pressed her ear against the wooden door so that she could hear what was going on. 

"Who are you and why are you in my house?" Mark growled. 

"Where is she?" The guy asked. "I sense her, I know she's here." 

"Who?" Mark asked. 

"Emily." The guy answered. "I was told to bring her back." 

"By who?" Mark questioned. 

Emily opened the door rushing over to them. Her eyes lit up. 

"Uncle Kagen." She ran and jumped on him. "Your scent was a tad strange to me, but I think I know why." 

"Why?" He asked putting her down. 

"You finally found your mate." Emily cheered. 

"He's your uncle?" Mark asked. 

"Yeah." Emily walked over to Mark who had a sour look on his face. 

"You can tell my father that I will come back when I want to." Emily said. "I wanna get to know-" 

"Mark!" Someone ran into his house. "Your father-" 

Emily covered her mouth as Mark ran off. 

"I can't leave him." Emily ran after Mark. 

When she got to the hospital she saw Mark crying over his dead fathers body. She walked over to him rubbing his back. 

"I didn't get to say goodbye." He cried. 

"Say it now." Emily spoke softly. "I'll go wait outside." 

She walked out the room with tears streaming down her face. Emily tried not to listen but failed. Mark walked out with his head hanging low. 

"I don't know if I can do this." He wiped his tears. 

"Being the pack leader? You can do this." Emily looked at him with bright eyes. "I'll be right by your side."
