some really good things to remember now and forever:

it's been scientifically proven that we're made of stardust. which means we're all dead stars looking up at the stars aiming for them. we're incredible.

it's important to know that you control your brain, not the other way around. this is not being used in a neurotypical sense, I'm merely stating that if you want motivation for that one assignment/ waking up in the morning, you shouldn't have to be like "ugh, my brain isn't letting me." your brain does not control you, you control it.

tell the people who you live that you love them. it won't be awkward. i promise. don't wait till people are dead to give them flowers.

there is no such thing as being too kind. there is no such thing as saying I love you too much and too often to too many people. if you have the gift of letting someone know they're loved and can make a difference and that they matter, use it. love isn't divided by sharing, it is multiplied.

it's okay to respond with "thank you" to "I love you". it is wonderful to respond to a compliment with another compliment. you do you, you do whatever aligns with your level of comfort.

do not say sorry if you mean thank you. thank people for doing things for you, don't apologise. thank people for listening to you, don't apologise for being a bore. you're valid. saying sorry makes the other person feel guilty, saying thank you making the other person feel appreciated.

do small things with great love. everything that you have is a privilege. there is always someone praying for the things you get every day and take for granted. be as happy as the underprivileged would if they got them.

never feel pressurized to be happy all the time. you're angry? it's normal. you're sad? you're allowed. you're feeling frustrated? it's human. just please don't let any one emotion engulf you.

clean your room. intensively. clean every drawer and shelf and see how much your life transforms.

meditate. meditation isn't sitting upright and chanting om every morning. it's just five minutes of sitting in silence and quiet introspection. guided meditations work best, and apps like headspace, stop breathe think, and others offer meditations for as short as three minutes. it changes your life, I promise.
