We once were so close,
But now I'm filled with regret.
Regret that I let you leave.
Regret that I cared too much.
Regret that I wasted my time on you.
Regret that I ever loved you.
You, however, feel no regret.
But I hope, in several years.
The roles will be reversed.
You'll be filled with regret.
Regret that you let me go.
Regret that you didn't care enough.
Regret that you wasted your time with me.
Regret that you didn't love me.
