Day 4- describe the most important horses in your life
Maggie- 8 year old stubborn flea bitten gray Thouroughbred. She was the horse that I walked her alone, without anyone leading me, and the first horse I remember trotting on. First horse I ever rode completely bareback(well, she had a bridle on, except for once when she had a halter on but then I was pretty much just laying on her back while she walked around and grazed. That was so much fun) and the horse I wabted to doing everything with. I had hopes of Jumping competitions one day, owning her, taking her on lots of trailrides, everything. It was terrible when she was finally given away to her owner's friend who needed a companion for their other horse.
Apollo- chestnut Paint, first horse I took a lesson on, horse I rode for several months before they switched me off to adifferent horse. He was also really stubborn(almost as stubborn as Maggie)
Toby- large Dark bay paint with only one large marking from just below his withers to his shoulder. Sweetest horse I've ever met, and the first horse I did a bareback lesson on. He used to be a ranch horse, but he now does lessons and barrel racing, and they are currently training him to jump.
