Day 8- a little about the barn/ stable you ride at
I go to a place only 5 minutes down the road, and it is awesome! They are a therapudic riding center, but they do able bodied lessons also.( I do those). They have 41 horses, several minis, who are mostly used for summer camps. No minis except for a large appaloosa Mini named Domino Are ridable. They have 2 yearlings, a few 2-3 year olds who are still in training, and their oldest horse is a former Barrel racer named Sox. He is 31 years old, and the oldest horse at the barn. His son, Diablo, was born at the barn.one of the yearlings and all of the 2-3 year olds were also born at the barn. The other yearling was born at the state college and sold to us. They have both English and western, but it is more western than English.
